Baymont by Wyndham Brooklyn Center

Location is very quite , rooms are decent with the price breakfast is good staff is friendly and accommodating if need be housekeepers are very helpful I would stay again

The motel is kind of run down. The hot tub was not in service while we were there. Many of the windows had issues with condensation between the panes of glass. The breakfast was not well stocked. It was disappointing as we were hungry.

Unprofessional person working the front desk to say the least. Did not want to check me in because i booked through “*******”. When i contacted ******* they reached to her but she refused to pick up the phone. Eventually after i kept telling ******* to refund me, the front desk finally picked up the phone. ******* refunded me and asked her to book me directly and give me their rate. I was very tired from traveling all day and i had to wait an hour to check into my room. If it was a different scenario i would have left the hotel. I appreciate ******* for their efforts, but some hotels really dont care about customer service.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness and safety of the room. My pregnant fiancé opened a drawer and there were 2 baggies that had white residue and another that had **** in it. Then the door to the room lock was broken. In the closet there were dirty socks. Asked for a refund but they said no and just switched us to a different room. One last thing the breakfast they served in the morning had expired milk and yogurt. We have pictures If there is any way you can give us a refund that works be great and would possibly be a step towards us using ******* again

We checked into our hotel at 2pm. It was supposed to be non-smoking but the whole hotel smells like cigarette smoke, especially the room we had, room 314. We didnt have any towels when we got to the room. About 11pm, our bathroom ceiling, around the light, had water pouring down into our bathroom. We decided then to checkout and they did apologize and issue us a full refund.

The was not made it looked like someone was staying in it, the tub wouldn't hold water with the plug, pillows were dirty, closet doors were broken i wouldnt stay again and i didn't have towels
