Crowne Plaza 克利夫蘭機場(Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport)

Our one night stay here was disappointing. First of all, the front desk clerk did not tell us that our room looked out on a very noisy, huge air conditioning unit. By the time we realized this we were settled in the room and after an all day drive were in no position to move. Refrigerator in room was also noisy and room carpet was dingy. Bathroom tap water reeked of chlorine. Bed and bedding OK and location is good. We won’t be back.

Help was fine, Property is old and in need of upgrade. wallpaper torn, hole in counter top. handle falling off dresser. Then a bedbug bit me on first night. We left after one night of a 3 night stay. This is the third time in 10 years I've experienced bed bugs and all three were IHG properties. All older properties. I know bed bugs can be at any property but for me, three strikes and you're out.

Was expecting a Crowne Plaza hotel to be clean and updated. Had to change rooms because of the bed and air not working. Second room was the bed was awful. Worst night sleep ever. UPSIDE- STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING. IT IS THE CORPORATION THAT HAS LET THE HOTEL NEEDING MAJOR UPDATE

I checked in on 4th of July weekend. Book a king size room for my friend and I. The smell of the hotel was very bad. And the hallway was as of it was attempts to mask it with very smelly cologne or room spray. The room was not the correct room I reserved and was wheelchair accessible. The bathroom was dirty, specially tub. I went to the front desk to complain and was told by TINA that there were no other rooms available. I insisted on a refund. I was told she’d pass along my info the the supervisor who she’d have call me back the same day and never heard from anyone! I had to end up calling hotels myself and they attempted to call the hotel (because by this point, I was charged for one night that I didn’t even stay). The hotel supervisor told them that they wouldn’t allow a refund because I didn’t want to stay in another room they had available which WAS A LIE! I was told specifically they had no other rooms available. Horrible hotel and horrible lying staff!

Bathroom sink stopped draining and in the morning next day it backed up and filled with discolored water. Did not use the sink at all.

We booked a handicap accessible room but when we arrived, we found that my husband couldn't even get his wheelchair under the sink. When we asked at the desk, they gave me 2 other rooms to go look at. One was dirty and the second was not accessible. I went back and was given another list of rooms to go look at. The fifth room finally worked. I was very confused why I had to go look at the rooms. Wouldn't that be available for the front desk to see? Even the accessible room was very tight getting around and the bathroom door didn't open right for a person in a wheelchair.

I had a reservation for Friday March 1st. I arrived late Thursday night, early Friday morning. Got a room when I got there, around 1am. It is ridiculous that I had to pay $179 for the room. This is the only hotel I stayed at that does not pro rate or give a discount for very late/very early check ins. The staff was not very pleasant. One gentleman working was nice. The woman that were there seemed irritated to be there and that I was bothering them. I do not recomend this place if you are looking for great customer service. I will definitely stay at the courtyard Marriott before staying here.

Crown has a great front desk crew!! And dinner in the dining hall was great, as was the service. Also, chose this hotel because shuttle service to the airport was provided.
