Overall I was very comfortable. My room was spacious and clean. My shower head dripped and was hard to close, otherwise it was fine for a couple of days. It was a little noisy on Saturday night with a guy yelling near the parking lot area. The checking in process was quick and we received a courtesy 12pm check out.

Loved the check in staff, especially the black lady with short hair. Only problem I had was constant stomping for my above neighbor. The front desk took care of it, called the person numerous times, and ended up, moving me providing me with free breakfast. This will be the only place I stay when I visit Westbury. Do yourself a favor and book

Beautifully decorated common area for holiday season with warm, welcoming fire & comfy seating. Complimentary tea & cocoa all day. Friendly & very accommodating staff. Comfy beds & pillows. Microwave & fridge in room. General appearance of everything was very clean & appealing.

The lock on the outside patio door didn’t work. The closet door was lopsided. The dresser drawers wouldn’t stay close. The blackout curtain was missing pulley sticks. The seal on the shower door was misaligned causing water to leak outside the shower onto the floor. My key card was deactivated before my stay was over. I was able to hear the family above me like if I was in an apar**ent building. The heating unit worked well but was very noisy.

The hotel service was courteous. The hotel carpeting was actually clean, a contrast to my recent travels to and from NJ to Florida where cleanliness of flooring seems to have evaporated. Hotel was nice but calling it a spa might be an exaggeration given the small gym. Id stay again. Regards. Ned.

Assigned room was directly across from the elevators and noisy (loud banging from the room above). Advertised amenities were non-existent upon check-in but were provided upon request. Quality of paper goods were just as bad as a highway rest stop and not what one should expect from a quality hotel.

Very challenging 4 night stay at this run down property. I think 22 years ago this was a nice hotel, but it desperately needs updates and improvements, and we would never stay here again. Our room was loud, outdated and full of unsightly stains all over the furniture and the carpeting which was also unraveling. We didn’t want to sit on the furniture and we also brought our own bedding. The A/C and Heat system returns are inside each guest room, like old motel rooms. So a loud, rattling cur plunking noise must be endured powering off and on every 3-6 mins, 24/7. The unit is so loud our bed would vibrate from across the room each time it kicked on. Sleep was impossible. To make matters worse the rooms never actually cooled down despite setting it to 65 degrees. It remained warm and humid the entire stay. Housekeeping did not honor “Privacy Please” red button on door and entered despite having asked management to stop housekeeping service. This was after housekeeping took the nicer sheets off our bed after day 1 that we had brought from home. They did this despite leaving a note and tip with explicit instructions not to touch our bed or bedding left for them. But they took the bedding and replaced them with the Hotel’s old, yellow stained sheets. Where did my sheets go? No one knows but I didn’t want them back and the GM credited us for them. Connecting room door was also like a piece of paper between both rooms. We heard every word our neighbors murmured.

I had requested two queens however I got 2 doubles . I needed it to sleep with my kids . As a result of getting incorrect size I woke up with stiff back . Clearly the beds were a double not queen as what I had requested .

This is not somewhere I would stay again ! This place is very outdated, there is nothing to do there and on top of that you only get 30mins to one hour at the pool which is the size of a bath tub!
