海德公寓度假村(H Resort & Residences)

Estoy muy decepcionada de la experiencia de servicio del Hotel, los de la recepción ni siquiera saben hablar español, me hicieron pasar mi tarjeta de credito varias veces siendo que yo ya pague la totalidad a traves de Trip.com , me dijeron que era la garantia y que sería devuelto que no fue asi, son varios pagos que me descontaron y doble que ni siquiera se que son, porque no te dan ni una liquidacion de que es lo que te descuentan de la tarjeta, escribe un email para hacer mi reclamo por el reembolso y aun no me responden, les dije ahi en el lugar que me den la liquidacion y como sali de madrugada dijeron que a esa hora no habia nadie para el check out, es muchísimo dinero el que me descontaron

Amamos a estadia! Cozinha 100% equipada, itens cama e banho impecáveis, área da piscina linda, novíssima! Quarto e estrutura do hotel aprovadissimo. Única coisa que deixa a desejar é o serviço de praia: cada quarto tem direito apenas a 1 guarda sol e 2 cadeiras. Estacionamento com manobrista disponível, com atendimento ótimo e ágil - valor 25 dólares por dia!

Hola buenas tardes todo en el hotel fue bueno excepto la habitación, la limpieza crítica, el balcón parece que no se limpia desde el 2022 lleno de rectos de cigarro por todo el piso y arriba de los muebles y los muebles del balcón horrible fue con mis hijos y varias losas sueltas gracias

Gusto: Ubicacion, diseno delndepartamento, buena atencion, vista al oceano hermosa, hubo un problema con el aire acondicionado que lo resolvieron en minutos No gusto: Los pisos del departamento algunos despegados, el departamento necesita mantenimiento

Beautiful building and great beach. You would think that was enough but, we spent way more time than should have waiting for an elevator. I mean 10 or more minutes each time! On a high floor so the stairs were not an option. Parking / restaurant and pool were on different floors so an elevator was needed for those as well. Very noisy building due to poor insulation. Could hear constant banging and whistling from plumbing in walls, as well as the conversations of our neighbors. No nearby shopping and few walkable restaurants. Resort restaurants were good but very expensive. Had good things going for it (like an incredibly comfortable bed) but all were ruined by the lack of enough working elevators and the constant noise. Resulted in a frustrating trip.

If you like waiting 20 minutes for your elevator this is your place!! Or take the stairs to the 28th floor! No beach chairs available for guests. Mandatory valet but your car isn’t there when you ask for it. Read the reviews before you stay

The property is nice but they have rules for how far up you can move the chairs on the beach. The service for requesting extra towels etc was terrible. No one ever came. Elevators weren’t all working so the wait to get down was long. Bldg has 44 flights so it’s too much to walk down. The parking garage system was great. You scan your ticket and the text when it’s ready.
