Everything was great except for 1 issue. My husband was so frustrated he wanted me to only leave one star but he agreed that otherwise we had no complaints. He hated that when hed use the restroom, the seat would not stay up on its own.. hed have to hold it in place while using... lol. Would stay here again ..just in a different room hopefully ;)

When we were checking in the desk clerk answered the phone as he was checking us in. I felt like I was disturbing him. There was no Amazon app for the streaming services. I pick Marriott specifically for their streaming TV apps. At 2 am a group of people went up the elevator to their rooms and we were right next to the elevator. The elevator dinging woke us up. Then these people proceeded to yell good night to each other. Probably the worst experience ever at any hotel. I won't be back to this location again.

Every morning at 4:45AM, the trash truck was right outside our window. Very loud! Most of the staff were friendly. A few were not! Customer Service goes a long way!

The stay was very nice. They didn't have continental breakfast. You had to pay for breakfast and coffee. I feel if I'm paying 140 per night, breakfast should be included.

Friendly and helpful desk staff. Cafe staff pleasant. The only negative were thin towels and sheets.

We checked in after midnight. The young lady that was there was still in training. She couldn’t get the computer to work. Called management to come from their home at 1 am to help so it took 2 hours to get checked in. Had some cake in my room to eat the next day ants came out of nowhere. So I couldn’t finish the cake. The bed was comfy.

Room was great. Staff were a mixed bag. Some amazing and some just mailing it in

The staff was very rude and judgmental and the manager did not fulfill his promise to compensate us for not having breakfast or coffee. At check in one of us was isolated and given a list of no no’s. Only one staff member was courteous, the manager was very standoff-ish at first when we were voicing our concerns.

Holes in wall where towel rack was removed. Had to pay for breakfast AND coffee. Kitchen was out of items on an already limited breakfast menu. I will not stay there again.
