舒適套房酒店(Comfort Suites)

The beds were a little noisy lol but comfortable. The pool room could have been warmer for when u got out of the pool so ur not freezing as well as turn up the temp for the water in the pool.

Our room was spectacular! Super clean and spacious. The shower was huge but a little awkward (felt like I was spraying water everywhere without a curtain or door). The free breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel stay. Lots of options and many were hot. The hotel staff was spectacular! We unfortunately had a bad incident happen in Cleveland and they were VERY accommodating. We were able to do a super late check out and then they didn’t run us out of the lobby while we waited for a ride. I was hoping to walk around the lake conveniently located right behind the hotel but unfortunately I didn’t have any appropriate footwear from the incident.

Room temp was 54 degrees when I arrived, and took all evening to increase by 10 deg. By all means, don't waste energy, but perhaps bump up the temp on check-in day. Sheesh. Overall, room and furnishings didn't match the "comfort" name. I don't expect great coffee in the morning, but please ditch the coffee machine that drizzles out small portions in favor of some properly brewed coffee one can pour into a decent-sized cup so one doesn't have to bring two cups of machine coffee back to the room.

Easy to find and easy to park, check in was not too long, room was clean, very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Super soft towels and quiet all night. Fast internet. Complimentary cookies or popcorn when you check in. Book in the room with local information such as dining and attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Brunswick, Ohio. The entire facility was very clean and well-staffed. Every employee we encountered was friendly and very willing to answer questions or help in any way. The breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of foods to choose from.

Room, staff and facilities were all excellent. Close to restaurants.

Very comfortable and had everything we needed. Will stay again.
