Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel avec l'offre très intéressante "Luxe & spa". La façade de l'hôtel est vraiment belle et assez atypique dans le quartier. L'entrée est très luxueuse et on sent que c'est un très bel hôtel. Nous avons été bien accueilli avec une personne qui nous a expliqué ce qu'il fallait visiter et comment y aller. C'était très appréciable. Nous avions une chambre de luxe en mezzanine. C'était parfait car cela donne la configuration d'une suite. La literie est très confortable, la chambre et la salle de bain sont très propres. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue et même si on entend effectivement le tram passer, ça n'est vraiment pas gênant. Nous avons énormément apprécié les 1h de privatisation du spa. Après des journées à marcher à travers la ville cette petite parenthèse de bien être était vraiment magique. C'est vraiment LE point fort de l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et très bon. J'aurai préféré par contre avoir un café servi à table au lieu d'une machine à café qui en plus ne fonctionnait pas très bien. Par contre l'insonorisation des chambres est clairement à revoir. Nos voisins étaient malheureusement malades et nous avons passé une nuit entière à les entendre tousser. On avait l'impression qu'ils étaient dans la chambre avec nous !! Idem quand ils discutaient, on a pu clairement entendre la conversation. C'est vraiment dommage pour un si bel hôtel. Ça reste quand même un superbe séjour !

Un accueil super, une chambre et un petit déjeuner très sympa; nous aurions préféré un véritable espace SPA privatif (sans caméra). Un bon rapport qualité prix proposé par thalasséo (100€ avec petit déjeuner + espace SPA D4& heure). Il n'en aurait pas été de même en cas de tarif plein.

Just to FYI the hotel is beautiful, stunningly beautiful, from the entrance to the dining hall, and the bathroom are beautiful marble. We have had our superior double bedroom booked for months now. We arrived and have been given a classic bedroom. The service desk repeatedly lied and said that we are in a superior bedroom or tried saying that a classic bedroom only sleeps one person, then blamed the website we booked in, which is very incorrect as on every single booking website and even on their own website this bedroom of number 67 is a classic bedroom. They are saying that they have no rooms available to change, the service desk are refusing to call the manager to sort this matter out. The service desk is incredibly rude and unhelpful when this is a major issue. We can barely move around the room, it’s tiny and dark and there is no mirror to get ready in front of and this is not what we have paid for. I repeatedly said that this is not on and unfair as we have paid for a superior bedroom and just received a classic room. The service desk staff were so rude, acting oblivious to this and pretending they have no idea what we are speaking or, lying to us smugly and laughing at us whilst we fight for the room we paid for and booked, answering the phone (which was not even calling) when we were physically showing them on our mobile device that on their own website the room we have is a classic room, and still continued to lie whilst acting oblivious and continuously saying that the pictures must be wrong. Because I was fighting for us to change room and went downstairs twice to prove that we have been given a classic room, I raised my voice as the person was very smug and quite frankly unkind in all honesty and treated us as if we were a joke for querying and justifying that what we were saying was true, so the service desk then said they will call the police as they have my ID and they do not come to work to be harassed. So we walked away. The manager is in tomorrow morning. We should not and anyone should not ever have to be treated like this when We are the ones that have paid to be here and staff are being paid to be here. being gaslighted - by staff is not the thing we want when we book a hotel and gaslighting is certainly more of an offence than telling them and showing them that we have the wrong room, to be told I am harassing them. Also there is a huge step into the bathroom of solid marble that we have tripped over multiple times and is incredibly unsafe and painful.

Hotel très classe avec une salle magnifique pour le petit déjeuner. Le spa est également top ! Parking à 35E la nuit . A 2kms de la place de bruxelles et à quelques pas des belles boutiques . Une très bonne adresse pour 1 nuit à Bruxelles en amoureux.

Abbiamo avuto un’urgenza a mezzanotte e CON 2 BAMBINI e da Booking abbiamo visto che era disponibile una camera per 4 a 327 euro. Entrati, il signore alla reception con saccenza e spocchia ci ha detto che 327 euro era il prezzo della SPA e che era quella che stavamo prenotando. Abbiamo fatto vedere l’applicazione di Booking, e MAGICAMENTE, CASUALMENTE, INCREDIBILMENTE 3, dico TRE bancomat hanno smesso di funzionare. Il signore ci ha spiegato con la stessa spocchia che può capitare che un bancomat funzioni in Italia, ma non all’estero. Abbiamo risposto che giusto mercoledì eravamo all’estero e che funzionava tutto. Che funzionavano 2 ore fa. E che, guarda caso, hanno funzionato nell’albergo successivo. Sono senza parole. Avremmo potuto prelevare e tornare, ma temevamo che sarebbe uscito qualche altra cosa. Lo sconsiglio a tutti.

Nous avons passé un week-end dans cet hôtel somptueux! Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement le personnel, qui nous a extrêmement bien accueilli , très professionnel ! La chambre était magnifique, très propre! Le petit-déjeuner proposait un large choix en sucré comme en salé et très variés. Enfin, le spa était juste magnifique! Et la privatisation de 1h et top. Le restaurant est super jolie ,la cuisine et vraiment top et les serveurs sont au petit soin. Je recommande.

Dès mon arrivée à l'hôtel, j'ai été agréablement surpris par la décoration élégante et raffinée des chambres. Bien que légèrement petites, elles étaient décorées dans le plus pur style Louis XV, offrant ainsi une atmosphère authentique et sophistiquée. Chaque détail était soigneusement pensé, ajoutant une touche de charme et de glamour à mon séjour. Malgré leur taille, les chambres étaient aménagées de manière fonctionnelle, offrant tout le confort dont j'avais besoin. L'espace bien-être de l'hôtel était tout simplement magnifique. Le hamam et le sauna étaient de véritables havres de détente, me permettant de me ressourcer et de me relaxer pleinement. La piscine, bien que petite, était bien entretenue et offrait un cadre agréable pour une baignade revigorante. C'était un véritable atout de l'hôtel, ajoutant une dimension supplémentaire à mon expérience de séjour. Le service offert par le personnel de l'hôtel était irréprochable. Leur professionnalisme et leur attention aux détails m'ont impressionné. Bien que cet établissement ne soit pas une chaîne générique, j'ai été agréablement surpris par l'atmosphère quasi familiale qui y régnait. Le personnel était aimable, serviable et toujours prêt à répondre à mes besoins, créant ainsi une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante. L'emplacement de l'hôtel à proximité immédiate de l'avenue Louise était idéal, offrant un accès facile aux attractions de la ville et aux commerces environnants. De plus, le stationnement lui aussi à proximité immédiate de l'hôtel était un avantage non négligeable, facilitant mes déplacements. En conclusion, si vous recherchez un séjour de qualité dans un hôtel alliant élégance, intimité et service exceptionnel, je vous recommande vivement l'hôtel Manos Premier. Malgré la taille légèrement réduite des chambres, l'expérience globale était tout simplement exquise. Profitez de l'atmosphère raffinée et du charme unique des espaces communs. Ne manquez pas l'espace bien-être, un véritable havre de paix. Je vous souhaite un séjour aussi mémorable que le mien !

Magnifique et trop court séjour Le buffet de petit déjeuner est just wow et le cadre accueillant et appaisant et invite à prolonger ce moment de quiétude matinale Bcp de bruit dans la rue, nous dormions avec la fenêtre ouverte

Une chambre spacieuse en duplex. Literie impeccable. Du raffinement partout. Super hôtel.. Le personnel est top, serviable, souriant et irréprochable. Je recommande Proche du centre 25 min à pied. Tram et métro facile d accès. Stationnement dans la rue ou au parking de l hôtel. Spa privatif pour 1 heure en option. Super WE à Bruxelles.

Ik vond het een fantastisch verblijf. Het enige lastige vond ik dat er een droge lucht was in de droge tijdens de nacht. Wat m'n slaap een beetje minder aangenaam maakte.

This hotel was super cool! I love the interior design in the breakfast area, as well as they reception area, all of the hallways, the bedrooms, the staircases, the backyard, the dining area for dinner, and just everything it was so beautiful! I definitely felt like I was in a different country. When I checked in, they were really nice, but the girl gave me a funny look when she noticed I was staying for five nights. I guess that is not normal? I found out that the hotel is mostly used for business purposes and film crews, not for leisure, which is why I was there. But still weird to give a guest a funny look like that. The Key they gave is pretty cool! Old school but I LOVE it! To get cleaning though you had to drop off your key when you left for the day at the front desk and then pick it back up when you got back. I thought that was weird. Is that normal in Brussels?! When I looked at the hotel, I thought the spa came with for free. They said at the desk it’s an extra €40 and you reserve an hour to where it’s just you using this space which is cool I thought it should just come with the hotel fee. And at the end they actually charged me €45 to use the spa for an hour not just 40…? Fitness area is free to use and pretty big for a hotel I was impressed. Normally they are so small! The breakfast does not come with, but it is €35 if you want, but it’s really good breakfast. It’s kind of like a buffet type. They’ll even let you cook your own hard boiled eggs if you want. They do have some already cooked but I love that they had a different kind of machine….the only thing they it was lacking was an “eggs however you want” station. It was also a pretty far walk from all the main areas. They said 25 minutes but if you are like me and like to look around at stuff, it took me 40 minutes every time… Too far to stay for leisure. Also, you could hear right through the walls….

Best hotel experience ever! What a great time we had! Super friendly staff, breakfast was amazing, scrambled eggs were just perfect! The whole hotel is filled with extraordinary art. The room is incredible, we had a room with 2 floors. Slept amazing in the bed, it was super comfortable. There was a lovely spa in the basement. Nice and big garden in the back. We loved it so much. Thank you. We would love to come back some day
