常青酒店(Hotel Evergreen)

L'accueil catastrophique, le Monsieur qui nous a reçu était désagréable, quasi comme si on le dérangeait. Il c'est moqué de moi quand je lui ai demandé où se trouvais l'ascenseur, alors que cela n'est pas marqué dans leur annonce(j'ai dû garder mon sang froid). La chambre était sale et dans un état pitoyable. Le bâtiment tombe en ruine et la gérance fait pas d'effort pour le rendre un minimum présentable. nous ne pouvons en aucun cas appeler ce lieu un hôtel. C'est une honte pour la ville de Bruxelles de laisser c'est gens accueillir les touristes. Même à 276€ pour 3 nuits, il faut garantir un minimum le service. Je conseil à personne!!

All arrivo tra l assenza del personale all ingresso la porta chiusa e l erbacce alte sembrava dismesso tale a farmi chiamare l hotel per verificare se fosse aperto strano ma vero. Puzza persistente. Fermaporte fatte con pezzi di carta, senza ascensore, gabinetto che andava a tratti. Peccato perché basterebbe poco per renderlo piu bello. Non si può vedere buttato tutto all aria cosi ragazzi. Ad ogni modo almeno il Personale era gentile e abbiamo trovato una discreta colazione abbastanza varibile.

convenablr, chambre petite et pas de climatisation. frigo qui ne refroidit pas.

I don`t know if we can call it a hotel, but it was not a pleasant stay at all. No elevator and you have to climb the stairs with your luggage! The room is catastrophic, very very old looks like more than 100 years old, the bathroom as well was very old with broken light. Breakfast was bread, butter & Jam, orange juice & coffee that`s it! most delightful part of the stay was the cleaning lady, she was very nice.

Needs upgrading, but very clean, slept well and close to food places

I love the service. I just wish we could bring food to our room.

To expensive for the average quality

We booked this room off a recommendation from a friend that lives locally. Worst idea ever from the time we pulled up to the building. The outside and lobby look totally sketchy. We got the room all the way at the top and no stairs. So we had to drag all our luggage up and then we get to the room. It was so outdated and run down it was very depressing. Being that we were up on the top floor the bathroom had a slant in the roof so you had to be careful not to hit your head. Utterly disappointed and will never stay there again. Also would never recommended to even my worst enemy.
