Great hotel, next to everything!

First off the angle of the bed and tv were uncomfortable. The carpet in the hotel is old and smells like mildew, it smells worse inside the room because it is a smaller space. I had ants in the bathroom. This is supposed to be a non-smoking environment and I smelled smoke for 2 days of my stay. I didn't complain the first day by at 4 am I woke up having an asthma attack because someone was smoking. I reported it at that time, the manager was very polite and looked into it. The hospitality was great but the hotel is overpriced, there is no complimentary breakfast, and the food is way too expensive. Unfortunately, the only way to get to any local restaurant is by Uber or walking for 20 minutes. Not a great experience.

No details in the booking beyond $100 USD for amenities. Had to pay 8 for parking and put 40 on a credit card, or else do parking and 100 in cash. Very unhappy that this was not disclosed prior to our stay. The parking lot was awful and needs repaved. Not going to book again.

Gostei bastante do quarto… chuveiro ótimo… cama bem gostosa de dormir… o hotel é bem bacana… porém fique atento: cobra estacionamento e cobra também café da manhã.

This is more like a roadside motel than a hotel. I regret booking here. To start I was not told I would be charged $8 to park in their crappy parking lot. Then once checked in I was told what time breakfast would be and not that we had to pay for it. Once in the room we found millipedes crawling around in the bathroom. So gross. The sliding door to the patio wasn’t locked and the screen was broke. Fortunately my husband is very handy and was able to put the door back on track and secure it for the night. The bed was so lumpy that we both woke up so so sore that we opted to forego visiting Savannah and just continue the next leg of out trip. For the price I would rather have spent a little more and just stayed right in the city. This property has no business carrying the Bonvoy name. It should be at best a travelodge

Water was lukewarm at best. Stayed several days and showered at different times so it was not that I used it at high use times. Also room was by elevator. Very noisy. Need to post signs to remind people to be courteous during quiet hours.

The rooms were clean, few of the front desk staff were friendly, there was no free coffee or breakfast in the lobby but there is a Starbucks that closes at 9:30AM. Lots of staff sitting in the seats on their phones throughout the day. Housekeepers on the floor were friendly. Just not worth over $300 per night.
