Could have been better

Lo mejor la ubicación en el centro de Bucarest, cerca del casco histórico. La habitación pequeña y el baño minúsculo. Las amenities muy justas. El desayuno básico, sobre todo se echa en falta fruta fresca, solo había algún día unos trozos de pomelo. Las habitaciones que dan a la plaza muy ruidosas, se oía el ruido del tráfico de la avenida, y no había persianas ni contraventanas, por lo que había mucha claridad en la habitación que impedía un buen descanso. La limpieza bien y el personal correcto.

Purtroppo la mia recensione è’ segnata dalla maleducazione della receptionist del turno notturno del 3/04/2024.andiamo a dormire ed si rompe il letto. Sposto il materasso e mi accorgo che la rete del materasso mancava già di tre doghe e altre sue non hanno retto poiché non avevano presa. Chiamo la reception e mi fanno aspettare più di mezza ora. Scendo in reception ( erano le ore 22.30) e la receptionist infastidita mi dice che non sa quando verrà il manutentore e che il letto Rotto e’ Normale per una camera standard: ASSURDO! Però fortunatamente il manutentore capito il disagio dopo varie peripezie aggiusta il letto : devo dire che il manutentore ha molto mitigato il problema con la receptionist risolvendo il problema. Intanto si fanno le ore 24 a causa delle poca disponibilità della receptionist. Credo che certe persone non debbano lavorare in un albergo a 4 stelle perché non sanno trattare con i clienti, creando imbarazzo alla struttura. Voto però la struttura positivamente per la posizione per la gentilezza del manutentore e per l’unica receptionist che conosce la lingua italiana che il giorno dopo si scusa per il disagio subito. Colazione: nulla di speciale. Ambienti comuni: buoni

Plein centre, à deux pas de la vieille ville et des restaurants. Bel immeuble ancien et luxueux. Réceptionniste parlant Français, courtoise serviable et compétente. Chambre confortable, avec jolie vue sur la place. Petit déjeuner à la hauteur, de très bonne tenue, produits de très bonne qualité, les jus frais au top. Personnel attentif et stylé. Bonne adresse à Bucarest.

Das Hotel Capıtol ist von der Lage, der Architektur und der Ästhetik her sehr gut. Vor allem die Lage ist sehr zentral. Allerdings sind die Zimmer etwas klein. Für die Hotelgäste gibt es einen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Dieser ist kostenpflichtig. 49 Ron für 24 Stunden. Der Empfang ist freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Hotel ist sauber. Von der Vorderseite des Hotels aus hat man freie Sicht.

Hotel in centro. Camera doppia spaziosa ma da rivedere alcune cose, insonorizzazione. Bagno molto piccolo e con balsami e shampoo già trovati a metà.. ( quelli piccoli per intenderci) Colazione abbondante ma soprattutto di cose salate.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Old Town. Reception is welcoming although not very wheelchair friendly as the reception desk is above your eyeline. The room was lovely, clean and the bed was comfy. A little street noise on 3rd floor but acceptable. The breakfast was below par and many containers were often empty. On one occasion the hash browns tasted like they were from the day before. We tried to eat in the restaurant at the front of the hotel but they had ran out of Margherita pizza but did have a pepperoni... So they're not fresh and not made on site. We ate elsewhere. On day one we noticed a dead rose in a glass at breakfast, it was still there on day three. It's the little things like tha which let the hotel down. Not a hotel issue not a reflection on the hotel but Romania is a long way off being wheelchair accessible.
