Nice and small hotel good breakfast,polite pepole and good service ,very classic

The facility apparently dates from 1828 and is beautifully maintained. Outstanding customer service. Desk staff, particularly Mihail and Wahleed: superlative. Bistro staff Robert and Andrew kind, prompt, and very helpful. Breakfast room staff, particularly Julius and Mahela, superior in every way. I look forward to returning. While the property is highly rated, the service is virtually non-existent. When asked to order a cab, we were told to go outside and use uber. No one knew where the restaurants are or where the breakfast is, until we started interrogating the front desk staff

This hotel is over the top amazing. Beautiful!!! Such a nice touch to arrive so late and think you have to leave the hotel to find something to eat and instead there is a huge fruit basket and a bottle of wine waiting. The bed and bedding were excellent and comfortable. Two staff members went overboard to help me out when my ride didn't show up. I am disabled (not in a wheelchair) but still could walk to most everything I wanted to see in the city from the hotel. The hotel and the city felt very safe for a solo female traveler.

Beautiful hotel in a very good location. Rooms are beautiful, location is great, metro line very close. Had a good night sleep. Staff is great and was very helpful. The room upgrade was great. Definitely going back. Thank you.

The rooms in this hotel are really beautiful. However, the bathroom is very modern and very poorly designed. It definitely doesn’t go with the rest of the hotel, which was lovely. The location is very convenient to old town, and the breakfast buffet was great.

I can not believe the quality and beauty of this hotel. The staff was great (especially Julius and Alexandria) in the breakfast area, they were AWESOME. We felt like we were friends by the time of departure. Everything was clean. No bad odor anywhere. It actually reminded me of the Ritz-Carlton in Dallas. So close to old town and the University center. When we decided to Uber the attractions were so close the Uber charge was 2-3 dollars. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. We were there during the shoulder season, there were a couple of days we could have used air conditioning but it was not turned on for summer yet. We opened the windows and were very comfortable at night.
