我喜歡這家酒店連鎖酒店和布加勒斯特老城區酒店,它位於一棟非常迷人的建築中,提供現場服務。從我們進入可愛的酒店到離開服務的時候,服務非常愉快和偉大。房間真的很好,有一個明亮寬敞的浴室,配備了一些智能的東西。早餐在一個非常愉快的空間,有很多好食物可供選擇。位置絕對一流。難怪酒店有這樣的需求。

I booked the capsa hotel that read in the advertisement that there was air conditioning. How do I give 0 stars? I booked a room at the Capsa Hotel for one night before a flight the following day, as I found a cheap fare. Big mistake! This hotel is crumbling at every corner. The hotel looks very regal and a nice old style. But that’s because it is… I used the elevator and it literally stopped between 0 and the 1st floor and the doors opened. The receptionist pressed 2 again and it stopped again 5 seconds later. It was very worrying that it continued to stop, luckily it went back down to the first floor. I tried using the shower and it had great pressure but the water continues to get backed up and my feet were in 3 inches of water within 30 seconds. I washed my feet separately and tried to use some lotion but I realized that they just left used small bottles. The straw that broke the camel’s hump was the ineffective air conditioning. I tried to complain about it but the receptionist was completely useless. He was so ineffectual and constantly lied about the “procedures” of the hotel. I simply asked for a refund so that I may sleep somewhere with working ac. He continued to give me the run around about hotel and website “policy”. I booked the room on ******* and was told by the receptionist that they need to issue the refund. And after confirming with *******, it was at the discretion of the hotel. Which obviously wasted an hour or so. He then called his manager and they said that I should’ve brought the issue up earlier in the day. But why would I spend time in the hotel, when I’m here to explore Bucharest. I brought the issue up around 7pm. The receptionist continued to lie and misrepresent the truth constantly during our 2 hour argument. He then tried to tell me the hotel room was non refundable but that means I can’t cancel before I check in, not if the hotel misrepresents itself in marketing campaigns. He then tried to sell me an upgrade to a double room that I would have to pay the difference. Which is obviously ridiculous. All I was asking for was a refund so that I could sleep in comfort. The receptionist was being very demeaning and patronizing. I did have pity on him at first considering he was so ugly his hair was running from his face. One of 6 hairs on his above his forehead and the rest of it was completely bald.

We stayed here with a group of people, we were all part of an organised tour. The room was clean & the breakfast good. However the hotel appeared to need finishing, a large open hole in the ceiling of the bedroom & also the electricity suddenly disappeared (although it did return fairly promptly for us.) However on the evening of our second stay they were obviously hosting a private event in the only bar area on the twelfth floor. We were refused entry & when we returned to reception on the ground floor, Improvement we were told to go out or request room service. At almost the same time a group of Romanian guests were offered drinks, naturally we objected to this & as a good will gesture they reluctantly offered us drinks. We were then asked to pay for them to which we all refused & after several phone calls they finally accepted this. My husband & I had a pre booked transfer to travel to the airport the following day. When my husband approached reception he was told he would have to pay them 370 leu & there was no such thing booked!! Our driver arrived on time & assured us it was booked & pre-paid & duly drove us to the airport. This is not an acceptable service for a 4star hotel, possibly there may be a language barrier/ misunderstanding or it could be lack of training & knowledge or even dishonesty. 需要付錢使用游泳池，有點奇怪。而且酒店健身房不是同一棟建築，要到另一個地方，而且還要到前台拿卡。真麻煩。酒店的泳池餐廳東西難吃。

μειναμε για 3 νυχτες μεσα στον ιανουαριο 2023,ενα ξενοδοχειο στο κεντρο τις πολης,το δωματια ηταν καθαρο με θεα στην πολη.Το πρωινο δεν ηταν κατι ιδιαιτερο ομως ο καφες ηταν πολυ καλος...μια ευχαριστη διαμονη στο ξενοδοχειο αν και μας εκανε κακο καιρο....

當我到達特蘭齊特酒店時,辦公桌絕對沒有人。允許的,大約晚上11點左右,但網站沒有列出規定的入住時間(只是從下午2點開始)。我等了大約45分鐘才有人來,而那個到達的人不是很友好或溝通。來回地告訴我他們沒有我的預訂記錄不過我前一天接到他們的電話(沒有留言),所以他們肯定有我的信息。晚上接待員給我看了其他人的個人信息,問我是否和那些客人呆在一起,這似乎是對隱私的侵犯。他問我是否付過錢,我說沒有,但他給我鑰匙讓我進去房間沒有付。很奇怪的入住體驗。總體來說房間還不錯。不幸的是,我直接在接待處旁邊的房間,你可以聽到所有的聲音,所以我每天都被電話鈴聲或人們聊天喚醒。白天接待員非常友好,雖然不會說英語,但我保證支付我早上的住宿費用。我的房間有一張大牀,一個衣櫥,一個浴室,一個通向室外座位區的窗戶,還有一台電視雖然我從來沒有試過電視,因爲你可以從大廳聽到所有的聲音,反之亦然。第一天沒有熱水,但第二天很好。浴室內包含肥皂和沐浴露。房間裏沒有冰箱或水壺,但有廚房。不含早餐,但如果您要求接待處準備,則每天可提供一杯咖啡。Wi-fi對羅馬尼亞來說是不尋常的斑點,每分鐘左右都會連接和斷開。這個地方的偉大之處不僅是價格,而且是位置。您距離北加拉僅8分鐘路程,路上也有自助洗衣店。附近有很多大型圖像雜貨店,甚至還有一個不錯的公園。地鐵等都很方便。步行到老城和雅典娜地區非常容易。總的來說,我並不討厭我在這裏住宿。這有點尷尬和奇怪,但白天的接待員非常甜蜜,假裝對我幾乎不存在的羅馬尼亞人印象深刻,哈哈哈。如果我乘火車旅行,我會再在這裏呆一兩個晚上。

飯店房間有你需要的一切，大小也很正常。 床很舒服。 他們早上還提供早餐，您可以在這裡找到各種自助餐形式的產品。 而且酒店的工作人員非常好。 飯店離市中心不近，但巴士站步行2分鐘。 另外，如果您從機場過來，這裡的位置也很好。 我再說一次。 強烈推薦。

The hotel is situated a few metres from the Gara de Nord railways station and underground station, so it is very easy to reach. The check-in procedure was fast, room clean with a large bed, toilet, shower, TV set, hairdryer etc. The door is card-operated, mine unfortunately didn´t work properly, so I had to go to the reception desk twice but the girl was really helpful. Breakfast is served in the adjacent building from 7 .00 to 10.30, quite a good range of things to choose from. Wi-fi connection strong and stable. Next time in Bucharest I will definitely try to get a room here again.
