設有健身室的熱門布加勒斯特酒店

因為區域性的公司事件,我打算在此住3天。提前一天到了這裏,通知我的助手和酒店確認我比其他的同事早到一天。助手和酒店取得了聯繫,酒店說等着再次確認,但是助手卻忘記了這件事情。到達布加勒斯特的機場后沒有司機接機,這是第一件麻煩事。打車到達酒店之後得知酒店沒有給我們預定房間,而且房間已經住滿了。(最後去了宜必思酒店住了一晚,到宜必思的時候已經是凌晨兩點半了。至少在宜必思酒店可以免費上網。等到第二天,酒店給我的房間升級,並提出致歉。) 酒店奢華。酒店臨近政府大樓、人民宮殿、國防部門,最近又大裝修過。想過夜生活,就去舊城區吧,那裡有你想要的各種夜生活,喝醉之後記得打車回來。但打車並不是一個最好的選擇,因為你會被出租車司機狠狠地宰上一頓,他們一聽說酒店的名字,就會覺得你是個富豪,覺得下個月他們全家人的日子都指望着你了。 萬豪國際酒店本就是華麗的場所,一副有錢人住的樣子。布加勒斯特是一個很棒的有趣的城市。

Great service. From parking the car, to the welcome drink, to carrying up the luggage, all great. Rooms are well equipped, with a well stocked mini bar. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Wifi runs very well and stable. Nice bathroom. As I didn't eat there, I can't speak about the quality of the food, but I think it won't be bad. My favourite for Bucharest since February this year.

The hotel is amazing. The staff were really helpful, Thank you so much Andrea for a warm welcome. Daniel was very helpful and really warm too with great sense of humour, we had 2 days to see best attractions nearby and he made sure we did this by explaining the Map and planning it. Lots of breakfast varieties to choose from. The waiters were very kind, always ready to fill your water and get more coffees. Cleaning ladies were lovely and helpful too, Service is excellent, I needed new pair of slipper because used the first for the health club and they got wet and they gave me another one for free. The hotel is beautiful and has tasteful decor and the rooms are clean well maintained. Totally recommend staying in this hotel. Thank you so much for making our stay special , we definitely felt well looked after

Marriott upper-scale properties, such as their Autograph Collection &/or Tribute Portfolio brands, continue to miss the mark. Weak management seems to plague many of these properties & consistent delivery of Marriott's Bonvoy Program only exists in the minds of HQ Executives. The experience of Bonvoy Members is something quite different in reality, since members NEVER know what to expect until they check in. Just finished 12 nights in 6 different European Marriott brands in 3 countries & only 1 even bothered to acknowledge our lifetime elite membership status. Otherwise, we received the same treatment as a guest staying at a Marriott property for the 1st time. The Marmorosch is indeed a beautiful property -- or at least the exterior & lobby area are. The rooms themselves are more more like Fairfield Inn properties in the US. Basic to the extreme & poor housekeeping was evident throughout the property. Trash that littered the floor on arrival was still there 3 days later, as were the blood droplets on the bathroom floor, & one has to question what type of housekeeping would leave a bed in the condition of the one in the attached photos? Only 1 side of the huge hand-pull drapes worked & could be opened, so we called to ask that someone be sent to fix the other side. A pleasant gentleman promptly appeared to tell us that they could not fix the drapes because a separate company had to be scheduled to do the repair. We subsequently learned from an honest employee that the non-functioning drapes issue has plagued the property since opening & is well known to owner/management. The property was previously a bank so there is a bar in the lower level Vault area, which one would incorrectly assume to be a beautiful & sophisticated location for cocktails. Unfortunately, as you descend the stairs to the lower level the loud & pulsating disco music immediately lets you know that your expectations are incorrect. We looked in the door & decided to not even bother entering & returned to the beautiful Lobby for drinks, but left after 15 minutes when no one arrived at the bar to offer service, & others who were waiting when we arrived were still unserved when we departed. Breakfast was a manic mess since the room where it is served is not capable of meeting guest needs if the hotel is more than 75% occupied. Many of the food items that should be hot are cold & unappetizing. Never saw a breakfast menu on a table in the first 2 days of our stay, & only after asking about cooked-to-order items that were being served around us on the 3rd day, were we given a menu with several options that are, in fact, available for breakfast. Check-in was the biggest fiasco we have ever encountered at ANY Marriott property. A full 50 minutes to check-in with only 2 employees manning the 4-5 positions & the Bonvoy Member sign on the front desk was completely meaningless. Only after several guests began to openly complain about the wait did a 3rd employee appear, but she gave ZER

酒店房間很好，早餐還可以。就在賭場旁邊。

這不是一家糟糕的酒店,裝修是復古大約1960/70的,但是配套的傢俱並不能讓座椅舒適。但是房間一塵不染,舒適地提供了良好的設施和設備,酒店內部設施很廣泛。問題是我們在一晚的旅行團裏呆了一夜,作爲我們交易的一部分提供的食物非常糟糕。我說這是因爲餐廳看起來和菜單一樣好,但我們的餐食是由旅遊公司決定的,因爲它的預算也是如此。因此,不公平的判斷。

再次預訂了這家酒店,這次在積分上。房間一塵不染,牀很舒服,位置很好,地下停車場有保障(每晚不到10英鎊),工作人員很有禮貌!只有一件事我不喜歡,這肯定是房間廁所沖水系統設計有缺陷:操作系統的按鈕不應該在那裏,但在其他地方,非常不舒服!真的推薦即使是更長的住宿!

食物好吃新鮮水果和蔬菜,位置優越,市中心。工作人員非常友好。機場坐出租車20分鐘。
