寶萊市區公寓(Paulay Downtown Apartments)

Excellent value apartment/studio style room. Very good location, within walking distance to a lot of the main sights of Budapest. Located on a street with several restaurants and a coffee shop right next door. Lots of other restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. We arrived in the early hours and were given clear instructions for entry and access to our room. There was someone on reception during the daytime and a luggage room was available for use on our last day after checkout. We would definitely return if we come back to Budapest.

Room was a really good size, warm as well, I never felt cold which is always a plus for me. Bed was comfortable. Good instructions left from staff as reception is not 24 hours. Great location, it's very central, the Ferris Wheel and St Peters Basilica aren't far, and around a 6 min walk to the 100E bus stop that takes you to the airport. Only reason it didn't get the full rating was it could be quite noisy on a morning (my room was ground floor and close to reception) and my shower had a very annoying curtain that blew inward, leaving me very little space to move, the sooner that's changed to glass, the better. Overall I enjoyed my stay

Decent, functional hotel in a great location in the middle of all the action. It was just a five minute walk from where the airport bus drops you off. Don’t expect luxury, but the room was clean, the shower was hot and there’s a kitchen and fridge. Minor criticisms - the shower is a bit odd, having one of those shower heads that points away from where you stand, and the bed is that squidgy memory foam style which I don’t enjoy but might not be an issue for others. TV shows only Hungarian channels. Staff very chilled and there’s a luggage storage room. Happy!

Toni Sinaga was gave excellent service to us.. he in charge alone but he gave us satisfication to us, and the food was delicious & vibe was funky. keep up the good work toni sinaga & wishing you have the great future in kempinski jakarta..once again thank you for your great service.

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni in questo appartamento. Camera carina, ma sconsigliata. Rumori fastidiosi durante le ore notturne di riposo. È stato impossibile riposare senza sobbalzare varie volte durante la notte grazie alla scarsa insonorizzazione delle stanze ed alla scostumatezza di altri ospiti! L’ultima notte ci siamo imbattuti in un ospite vicino alla nostra stanza, che ha ben pensato all’una di notte di sbattere pentole, mobili vari, aprire e chiudere la porta di ingresso svariate volte. Gliel’abbiamo fatto notare bussando più volte al muro, ma oltre ad averci risposto male, ha ben pensato di fare peggio. Accoglienza sgradevole. Siamo stati accolti da una ragazza che al nostro saluto non ha neanche risposto. Era in compagnia del suo cane (premetto che amo i cani) e nel mostrarci quale sarebbe stata la nostra stanza, non ha impedito al suo cane di salire sul materasso su cui abbiamo poi dormito. Nessuno alla reception se non di mattina quindi per un supporto (soprattutto per la questione rumori). Insomma, non lo consiglio. Penso si possa trovare di meglio!
