とても綺麗で快適に過ごすことが出来ました。また、フィレンツェに行く機会があれば是非利用したいと思います。

Their response time is excellent! Had an issue with the stovetop so I emailed them to see if someone could come and fix it. Within 10 minutes of sending the email they were knocking on the door and fixed the issue promptly. I will definitely stay here again. Location is perfect as well with the bus just at the end of the street.

The location is good, but you need to walk to get to public transport. The apar**ent was clean, very spacious, equipped with everything needed (including a Nespresso coffee machine). There are small grocery stores very close and also the New York Café. Getting and leaving the keys was also easy.

Stayed here last week for 4 nights with my mum who is in a wheelchair. We arrived after they had closed but got given instructions on how to enter the building as well as how to get the keys for the apar**ent. It was easy enough to get in. The elevator was big enough for a wheelchair and a suitcase. Our apar**ent was on the 3rd floor and it was so spacious. It was a lovely place. Even had a small balcony. The towels were made into a swan and we were left a nice magnet of Budapest too. I thought that was a nice touch. Only problem was we couldn’t get satellite channels so didn’t have chance to watch much TV but that didn’t bother us as we were out most of the time. The location was okay but to get to the Danube River it was a good half hour walk and with a wheelchair it’s far so we got a few taxis to places through the app Bolt. It was reasonable prices. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay here.

Brilliant place, spacious, spotless & with everything you need at a reasonable price - wish we’d booked for longer! Location was superb - a walk from the station, public transport & loads of great bars & eateries. They even let us leave our bags after we’d checked out - highly recommended.

The worst hotel ever not only the bad service but also the receptionist who was very vulgar and disrespectful who didn't even wanted to help us after a mistake from his self and a ****** behavior Don't go there
