布達佩斯黃金公園酒店(Hotel Golden Park Budapest)

Struttura pessima, sia per il personale che per le camere. Camere piene di polvere e ragnatele, biancheria da letto sporca, i sanitari puzzavano e non avevano nemmeno gli asciugamani, siamo scappati immediatamente, “hotel” a 4 stelle che non ne valeva nemmeno mezza, SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

Расположение отеля очень удобное , рядом метро , автобусные и трамвайные остановки . В одном здание находится небольшой супермаркет , напротив через дорого кофейня , магазины и кафе . До центра на метро несколько остановок , в пеший доступности большой торговый центр. Еще один плюс наличние комнаты для багажа . Номера мягко говоря ужасные, уборки нет, завтрака в отеле тоже нет.

The absolute worst hotel I have ever visited. 12 of us went and we all left. Shocked that this is on ***********. We will be expecting a full refund. Please avoid at all costs. There are many other hotels of similar price range available.

L’hotel è situato non proprio nel centro storico ma è decisamente comodo in quanto si trova esattamente alla fermata della metropolitana: da lì in due fermate si arriva in centro (fermata Astoria). L’hotel è economico per cui non ci aspettavamo granché ma c’è comunque un limite. Camere piccolissime, pulizie inesistenti, puzza di umido e di chiuso nei corridoi. Letti abbastanza comodi e camere ad onor del vero silenziose per cui si riesce a dormire anche bene. Colazione direi discreta con buon assortimento di salato sempre facendo riferimento al livello dell’hotel. Personale della sala colazioni cortese e gentilissimo (non ungheresi); personale del desk scortese in ogni momento (ungheresi): non ci hanno mai salutato una volta che sia una in tre giorni tanto per dirne una e quando siamo arrivati, alla nostra richiesta di avere salviette in camere, dal momento che su due camere doppie ci era stata data solo una salvietta piccola, ci è stato risposto di ritenerci fortunati perché avevano scarsità di salviette e pertanto avremmo dovuto aspettare fino alle 20:00. Mai successo in nessun hotel. A parte questi si sa a cosa si va incontro spendendo poco. Sarebbero tre pallini ma uno se lo sono perso con le salviette e con la pulizia inaccettabile.

The only things in their favor are the closeness to subway lines number 2 and 4, being within walkable distance from important city spots, and the bed being fluffy and comfortable to sleep in. Besides that, I thought the experience was awful. I can't believe they are a three-star hotel. The areas were permanently disgusting looking. The elevator (as you can see in one of the few pics I took) was full of hair daily. In fact, that big fluff of dust and hair grew more every day. In the room, there were horrible stains on the carpets, and a bunch of trash hidden behind the table (hair ties, dust, torn paper, and God knows what else). On top of this, the tub had many stains, the TV wouldn't work nor the mini-fridge. No one cleaned the rooms, took the trash, or brought new towels. On another note, I found the staff to be pretty rude when talking to the customers. They usually had an unfriendly face even when we would only say hello or goodbye. As soon as we got there they were trying to make us pay 177 euros when everything was already paid. Then the man said we could sleep that night but that we had to prove we had paid in the morning. Fortunately, our company was able to talk to the hotel, but the man also appeared to have completely forgotten the subject when we mentioned it to him. Also, we most certainly had breakfast included but they said we didn't and at that point, I couldn't care less so I dropped the subject and we ended up eating in the Spar right beside the hotel.

Hotel pessimo , 4 stelle ma almeno 3 si sono perse per strada .personale scortese che fa fatica a salutare Per quanto riguarda la camera molto sporca e assenza di aria condizionata come nella hall Letto senza lenzuola perché dicono che usano il copri materasso e ci hanno messo dei piumini leggeri ( ad agosto ) Bagno sporco , prima sera dormito e non ci è stata fatta la pulizia della stanza , quindi neanche cambio asciugamano tra l’altro due grossi che facevi tutto . Dopo la seconda serata quindi la mattina seguente ci hanno cambiato asciugamani . Per quanto riguarda la colazione proprio minima L’unica cosa positiva è che è messo in una posizione comoda per prendere metro e mezzo pubblici e di fronte la stazione Sconsiglio questo albergo

hotel pessimo sporco personale maleducato soggiornati dal 23 agosto al 26 2023 appena arrivati ci siamo fatti cambiare stanza perché molto sporca letto sensa lenzuolo solo 2 trapunte e 2 asciugamani prima stanza numero 205.seconda stanza numero 103 ancora letto sensa lenzuolo solo copri materasso 2 trapunte con lenzuolo a sacco 2 cuscini con federe inguardabili moquette sporca pareti altrettanto sempre 2 asciugamani fatto presente alla reception per 4 giorni ma niente da fare nessun tipo di pulizia giornaliera l'ultimo giorno solo cambio delle 2 asciugamani,in stanza con noi ci facevano compagnia ragni con rispettive ragnatele hotel 4 stelle ma le stelle le hanno perse per strada.....colazione mediocre il bancone colazione coperto con tenda scorrevole al momento dell'apertura immaginate lo sporco o polvere che cade sul cibo tipo pane briosc verdure affettati vari ....

Never had this kind of bad experience before nowhere. People smoking in the room ( smell terrible ) No towels No heating Dirty Mouldy Rude receptionist definitely not health and safety.. probably worse than homeless shelter wouldn’t recommend it

Asqueroso, camas sin hacer con funda de colchón sólo llena de manchas y pelos, funda individual edredón con moho, almohadas con manchas amarillas, toallas con pelos, armarios con pelusas y suciedad de hace mucho y restos de otros clientes, duchas q no tienen anclaje y pierden agua por el conducto, mampara pequeña y sucia, paredes y moqueta con manchas de otras personas como devueltos y sangre, cristales sucios, ventanas q no cierra...
