布宜諾斯艾利斯Arce Garden附近酒店

房間不錯。早上的電梯是一場噩夢。兩部電梯不夠充足,我們不得不使用服務電梯準時下樓吃早餐,以便上車到機場進行郵輪。在雷科萊塔的絕佳位置,我們喜歡走路,吃飯,買海拉多。

The hotel is not modern century, but the service, food and customer service where exceptional! Pricing wasn't bad either. We choose to pay in American Money, and it was so affordable. The food provided which was included in our stay was so wonderful! If you're not going to be at your hotel for most of the day, and need to eat a great breakfast and/or dinner, this is your place! Clean room everyday! Really enjoyed my stay.

我們還在房間裡的時候, 突然有維修人員從我們的窗戶經過, 這樣的感覺非常不好,如果說某個房間的外面需要維修的話, 那間房間就不應該讓客人入住!! 其他的都還不錯, 旅館的服務人員都非常的親切!! Cuando aún estábamos en la habitación, era una sensación muy mala que una persona de mantenimiento pasara repentinamente por nuestra ventana, si el exterior de una habitación necesita mantenimiento, ¡esa habitación no debería dejar entrar a los huéspedes! Todo lo demás No está mal, el personal del hotel ¡¡son muy amables!!

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! 乾淨和精心呈現的酒店,位於Av Corrientes的絕佳位置。街道在晚上與街頭藝人,舞者和小市場攤位一起活着。酒店很安全,工作人員非常樂於助人。只有(小)負面的是,yhe房間沒有水壺,所以你需要步行到1級才能獲得熱水(有點奇怪)。但這是一個很好的酒店,值得一遊。

First I'd like to say that the young man who assisted me when I arrived late at night at Up Tribeca was entirely professional and courteous with me, even though I checked out almost immediately after checking in. So: I initially booked three nights at Up Tribeca because the reviews for the hotel were all positive; however, the hotel ”ambience” is entirely artificial and - to put bluntly - weird. All the rooms are centered around an open-air courtyard (btw, that courtyard is the only fresh air in the hotel), and because I checked-in late at night, I had a very hard time trying to find my room number while walking the hallway along the courtyard, as it was lit by a few neon lights that (I guess) gave off a cool vibe, but no actual light. Because it was so dark, I mistook the wrong room for mine and kept trying to open the door with my card, until I noticed (again, hard to see with no light!) the ”do not disturb” sign on the door handle (sorry to whomever might have woken up to me trying to open their door.) I then continued down the dark hallway to my correct room, and when I opened the door, I was greeted to a completely windowless box of a room that reeked of synthetic air-freshener, making it smell like I just walked into a Zara Home Furnishing store. The smell was suffocating, and of course there was no way to open a window to get rid of it because no window existed. If you've ever watched the Apple Tv show ”Severance,” then you'll get the kind of atmosphere this room had: it felt completely claustrophobic and dystopic. I didn't spend more than thirty seconds in that room before I grabbed my suitcase and went down to the front desk, requesting a different room that had a window, only to be informed none of the rooms have windows. At that point, I asked him to call me a taxi, and I left for another hotel. To sum up: if you don't care that you're staying in a windowless box that smells like a home furnishing store in the local mall, you'll be fine at Up Tribeca. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

No es un hotel, es practicamente un hostel, la habitacion que nos toco no tenia aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de techo y una tecla que accionaba algo parecido a un extractor, habitacion muuuuy caliente, el baño no tiene siquiera una mampara para la ducha por lo que luego de bañ**** si o si hay que pasar un secapiso y llevar el agua hacia la rejilla de desague, el baño tenia una perdida de agua constante por lo que el piso estaba mojado todo el tiempo. Televisor de tubo con video cable, el check out es ANTES DE LAS 10 AM, aclarado en un cartel en la recepcion y tambien en la habitacion. Hay que dejar la llave en recepcion al salir del edificio y solicitarla nuevamente al ingresar. Ubicacion buena, a unas cuadras del obelisco pero ubicado al lado de un ”bar del metal”.

旅舍應該如何經營。我住過的最好的之一,20年的旅行。窗簾,充電器,燈光和每個牀的鎖盒。房間內有大型儲物櫃。房間超級寬敞。他們有單獨的安全箱,在接待區有密碼,有攝像頭看着他們,這樣你就可以留下貴重物品。乾淨整潔。每天打掃多次。所有牀單,窗簾都超級乾淨。旅舍周圍有許多大型私人浴室,提供免費肥皂,洗髮水,護髮素。幾乎每天都有活動,從empanada和mate making到探戈課程。公共區域範圍很廣:2個大,乾淨的廚房,安靜的房間,工作室,花園。免費飲水機。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人24/7。安全因爲每次都需要嗡嗡叫。有人在24/7。就在佛羅里達卡勒旁邊,換錢。離最近的地鐵2分鐘路程。很多商店,餐館超級近。包括一個非常棒,價格實惠,素食自助服務場所和一個非常好的餐廳,肉很棒,作爲旅館客戶可以享受折扣。我最初住在那裏,在巴塔哥尼亞旅行後回去了。當我在巴塔哥尼亞時,他們讓我放下行李。很抱歉長時間的評論,但旅行了很多,住在許多旅館,我對這家旅館的經營方式印象深刻。我會再次在那裏心跳,強烈推薦它。謝謝車胡安旅舍。

We just spent a week in Buenos Aires and this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was terrific. The room was a bit small but still quite manageable. Bring slippers, as the tile floor in the room gets quite cold. I'd also recommend you bring a few coat hangars with you, the wire type you get from your dry cleaners that you don't mind leaving behind. There isn't a hairdryer in the room but you can get one from the front desk. You can also get an iron and ironing board from housekeeping if you need them. There is no U.S. type electrical outlet in the room but there is one European type. The included breakfast was adequate--pastries, cold cuts, dry cereal, cheese, coffee, tea, and fresh-squeezed orange juice. If you arrive early, the front desk will store your luggage for you until your room is ready. There are plenty of attractions within walking distance of the hotel, as well as excellent restaurants. Just a block away is a small, family-run place called Viejo Alsina that features excellent food at a very inexpensive price. The famous San Telmo Market is an easy half-,mile walk. For some reason Uber cannot pick you up or drop you off near the hotel. It's about a quarter-mile to the nearest pickup point. However, the car service (Talixo) we booked to and from the airport was allowed to pull up at the lobby door. That was $74 round trip. All in all, this hotel was perfect and the price was a bargain ($321 for the week). That may have been the winter rate, but winter is the best time to visit BA.

Hotel muy confortable, la atención es excelente y las habitaciones muy amplias (nunca había estado en una habitación que tuviera un baño taaan grande, es enorme literal jaja. El hotel se encuentra en un muy buen punto, a pasos de los restaurantes de Puerto Madero. No puedo aportar nada sobre el desayuno porque hicimos el check out muy temprano y no tuvimos acceso al mismo.
