Considering the expectations that I have for the Ibis brand (an entry/economy level hotel), my experience was great. The check-in process in the front desk was a differential. I was tired and had a few bags, but the person of the staff that received me was really quick and smart. I didn’t write her name down, but she really deserves the compliment! That day, one of the two elevators wasn’t working, but overall infrastructure of the hotel is good and the space of the room that I had was nice. I would return to this hotel, for sure.

Hotel bem localizado, fizemos muitas idas e vindas a pé, achamos as redondezas bem segura. Andamos de taxi também, no local passavam vários e não tivemos problema nenhum. Quando chegamos no quarto, haviam duas camas de solteiro, nós mesmo juntamos e conseguimos dormir dessa forma. O frigobar não gela, é apenas para manter temperatura ambiente. Pegamos o recorde de calor na Argentina em Março/23, graças Deus o ar condicionado estava funcionando perfeitamente, o chuveiro é ótimo, café da manhã é ok, o wifi que não é muito bom. Se você vai fazer passeios, ficar o dia inteiro fora e não pretende ficar muito tempo no hotel, apenas usar para descanso, eu recomendo.

This hotel is advertised on many websites as a 4 star hotel with very high satisfaction rate. But don’t be fooled by beautiful entrance. Once you get into the elevator everything disappears and you are welcomed into the rooms that resembles of a hostel. The rooms are terribly small. But that is not what is bad. The rooms are extremely dirty. Grime is everywhere: bathtub, faucet’s, toilets…Just look at the pictures! But here is where it gets worse. On my son’s duvet, there is an old blood stain. I had to put 3 boys in one bed even though we booked a triple room. My pillow case wasn’t changed. It was dirty and there was somebody else’s hair on it. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a clean pillow case. And even though staff speaks very little English (or in some cases no English at all) this is a conversation we had using google translate: - Hi, there is a dirty pillowcase on my pillow. Can I please get a fresh one? - No, I am sorry, the housekeeping is finished for the day (it was midnight). - That’s fine, I can change it myself but can you please give me a clean pillowcase? - I am sorry I can’t leave the front desk I am by myself. You have to wait until tomorrow morning. - And how am I going to sleep on a dirty pillow? - I am sorry there is nothing I can do until tomorrow morning. He finally told me to wait for a second and he will see what he can do after I asked him if he would sleep on a dirty pillow if it was him. 15 mins later he took me to a linens’ room where there was no pillowcases. I took one clean sheet and said I would wrap the pillow with it. If you can please avoid this place at all costs. You’ll pay premium price $150/night for a hostel experience. Unfortunately we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and they won’t refund us, even though we wanted to leave immediately after getting into the rooms. Rooms are advertised with balconies, this one has none. Just dirty windows. I can stomach lots of things but sleeping on a dirty bed and in a dirty room- I cannot.

Hotel histórico situado en avenida de mayo con 9 de Julio. La ubicación es excepcional si quieres visitar el microcentro a pie, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas, metro... todo a mano. En cuanto al hotel tiene mucho encanto, ese punto de los lugares antiguos pero con instalaciones adaptadas a los tiempos modernos para comodidad de los huéspedes, buenas camas, TV, baño completo... Decir también que el personal es muy agradable y te ayuda en todo lo que está en su mano. Relación calidad precio de 10.  Las únicas pegas son que no hay desayuno (hay locales a un minuto para desayunar) y que como las habitaciones son de dos plantas debes tener en cuenta que hay escaleras. Totalmente recomendable

Loved our stay here in May 2023 at this hotel. Great location in the centre of BA, halfway between the Obelisk and Plaza de Mayo. Got early check in after long flight that was very welcome. Bed very comfortable on the 5th floor at back of hotel & v quiet, breakfast was very high continental standard, with great pastries & croissants, always well stocked even at busy times. Reception & Cleaning staff & Breakfast staff very attentive. Also our airport transfers arranged as part of booking very good & on time. Hotel near subway called Sube (you have to buy the card from special newspaper kiosks in BA, then you take it to the station to pay to add money on card). It is an integrated transport system, so you can use the buses and metro with Sube card very cheap & easy to get around. Thank you Hotel 725 & Buenos Aires, lots to see & do and amazing food & drink!

旅舍應該如何經營。我住過的最好的之一,20年的旅行。窗簾,充電器,燈光和每個牀的鎖盒。房間內有大型儲物櫃。房間超級寬敞。他們有單獨的安全箱,在接待區有密碼,有攝像頭看着他們,這樣你就可以留下貴重物品。乾淨整潔。每天打掃多次。所有牀單,窗簾都超級乾淨。旅舍周圍有許多大型私人浴室,提供免費肥皂,洗髮水,護髮素。幾乎每天都有活動,從empanada和mate making到探戈課程。公共區域範圍很廣:2個大,乾淨的廚房,安靜的房間,工作室,花園。免費飲水機。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人24/7。安全因爲每次都需要嗡嗡叫。有人在24/7。就在佛羅里達卡勒旁邊,換錢。離最近的地鐵2分鐘路程。很多商店,餐館超級近。包括一個非常棒,價格實惠,素食自助服務場所和一個非常好的餐廳,肉很棒,作爲旅館客戶可以享受折扣。我最初住在那裏,在巴塔哥尼亞旅行後回去了。當我在巴塔哥尼亞時,他們讓我放下行李。很抱歉長時間的評論,但旅行了很多,住在許多旅館,我對這家旅館的經營方式印象深刻。我會再次在那裏心跳,強烈推薦它。謝謝車胡安旅舍。

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! After flying 12 hours or so to a city we'd never visited, in a country we'd never visited, to a hotel we'd only ever seen online, we were excited, tired, and a little apprehensive. But all our concerns went flying out the window within minutes of arriving at Hotel Vitrum. The staff were (are) able to flip to English in seconds and were ever so friendly and helpful. There was a warmness and authenticity to their interactions that can't be taught in any customer service manual. We felt welcomed as people, not just guests, or nights or whatever profit units’ hotels use for occupancy. Our suite was roadside yet quiet, modern and almost spotless. And I can recommend the bed as we slept 12 hours straight. The time zone difference between BA and Auckland is not favourable to eastbound travellers. The location for us, was fantastic. Palermo is walk-able, eclectic, hip, raw, historic and funky. And the dining (with craft beer) - oh my - so many quality choices near or even far. Asado, alfajores, empandas, choripan and all the milanesa one can eat. Throw in the wine and walking it all off becomes essential. Luckily Vitrum is within an easy walk of the subway, so all of BA is your oyster. What a pearl of a city it is. We can't wait to go back. Special mention must go to the Venezuelan concierge who made us feel most welcome. If you ever make it to New Zealand there is a seat at our table for you.
