房間很好，地理位置很好，服務很好，什麼都好，但是性價比還是有點低的。如果價格可以調整一下就很好啦！一年比一年貴…

從南極回來在布宜諾斯艾利斯住了兩晚，考慮到離景點比較近才定的這裏，房間還算大，洗漱用品質量很不好，牙刷硬到離譜，護髮素有一股臭味兒，洗完頭久久不能散去，反正洗漱用品都特別廉價，沒有人幫忙提行李，服務很一般，餐廳服務員態度也很冷漠，總之不推薦

價位合理，性價比不錯 房間很大，設施比一些老酒店新，服務也沒問題 地理位置離中心區域衹有一公里，周邊街區很安全，出門各種公交線路很方便

很棒。前台小哥還幫我解答了晚退房的疑問，服務態度很好。和酒店一樓餐廳裏的叔叔聊天，他還給我們介紹阿根廷的特色，感謝。酒店臨街，晚上多少會聽到窗外垃圾車/摩託車/汽車的聲音，建議帶耳塞入睡。

酒店房間不錯，其它設施較少。酒店在高檔社區周邊較安靜，但就性價比來説總體價格相比類似酒店稍貴。

Loved this small hotel. They suites were really nice. The staff was great. The included breakfast was unexpectedly great. Champagne in the afternoon and in the morning??? Everything was great. Would not change a thing.

I booked a Junior Suite 35 sq m w/ City view. Breakfast included. Very happy with the size, service, location & house keeping. We had dinner at their restaurant on the first night of arrival, very good food. Room rate is good value for money

Terrible experience. Absolutely not a 5-star hotel. I had a prepaid, non-refundable reservation. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff suddenly demanded an additional $200 with no clear explanation. When I refused to pay, I was told that they would not allow me to check in. I was left with no choice but to pay. The behavior at the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was literally told: “If you don’t like it, don’t stay — we won’t refund your money.” This is unacceptable and feels like extortion. The pool is very small and freezing cold. The rooms are extremely narrow, with barely any space even to place a suitcase. At breakfast, there were spoiled / expired products, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety. This hotel is nowhere near 5-star standards. I strongly do not recommend this place. It is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had in all my travels.

직원분들 모두 친절하고 고객 응대를 잘 하십니다. 객실에 전자레인지가 있어 좋았고 방은 깨끗하고 넑직했습니다. 조식도 훌륭했고 관광지로의. 이동도 용이했습니다. 적극 추천합니다.
