Hotel was recommended due to location for work. Granted, there was a heavy snow storm last few days but parking lot, sidewalks and main driveway were not plowed/salted. Room was FREEZING despite max thermostat and not well serviced (i.e. no shampoo, dusty, pink mold in bathroom, etc.) Not to Marriott standards whatsoever.

We stayed a week and during that time our trash cans were never emptied. We got fresh towels once after asking twice for them. Requested a handicap room both online and by direct call to the hotel. When we checked in we were given a regular room . We got swapped for handicap room.

The room was rather filthy. The toilet had "Brown" on the toilet seat, there were flies and lady bugs in the room and ants in the bathroom. Should have worn shower shoes as the bottom of the tub was slimy. We would have asked to move but we were so exhausted, and the beds seemed clean. We told the front desk at check out, but overall rooms need a lot of work. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls.

The bathroom had lots of mold on the ceiling, and no blow dryer. Once I asked for more towels, they brought the dryer. I was disappointed in the restaurant as no complimentary breakfast was offered. We only slept there so it was okay. Would not stay there again though. It did have close freeway connections.

Shower clogged. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all had to go buy my own sheets and blankets. They promised me a new room, never happened. Ayesha and Nancy were great staff members

The property is unfortunately run down and poorly managed. There is one super kind staff member (Michelle) but others move quickly, don’t fully listen, feel seem frustrated and are disrespectful, and failed to accommodate my basic and reasonable requests (including having my room cleaned, simple amenities replaced including toilet paper, and sheets changed just once during my stay).
I requested new towels 3 days in during day time and was told there was only one staff member so I needed to come to the front desk to get the items or wait 8 hours. I think they need some Marriott training for better customer support. Or maybe some time off to fix broken and old sections of the hotel and rooms - and some self care to be more kind.

We were woken up by dripping in the middle of the night, our ceiling was leaking and the floor was soaking wet. All of our things were on the vanity wet. My daughter had a swim meet (the reason for our visit) and was not able to get any sleep. They were prompt in coming the room in the morning after we left for the pool but left a box fan and dirty foot prints all over the bathroom..I had to request new towels as all the towels were used to clean up the watet
