佐治亞州亞特蘭大比福德購物中心萬怡酒店(Courtyard Atlanta Buford Mall of Georgia)

This hotel is located right by the Mall of Georgia but set back a bit from the main road providing a nice, quiet stay. The rooms are large and seem to have been recently partially renovated. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are impeccably clean, honestly my suite was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve seen. The furniture was also in perfect condition, no scuffs or scratches. It is clear the housekeeping staff is top notch. My only complaint about the rooms was that the TVs were tiny and about 10 years out dated. The TV in the living room did not have any streaming capability and the TV in the bedroom was abnormally small for a hotel room. The hotel recognized my elite status and offered an upgrade to a suite, which was nice. While the hotel is set back a bit, the traffic trying to get to the main road is horrible. Overall a great stay but knocked off a star because of the horrible traffic and the extremely outdated TVs.

Nice staff good food nice little hang out area in the back lots of pillows everything that we used was ready to use and clean great place to stay with freírnos or family or work related business slightly pricey but worth it for the quality of the stay

The parking lot is big enough to handle the cars of its guest. The girl at the counter was helpful, pleasant and welcoming. The room is out dated. The bed was terrible it clearly has outlived its usefulness. We stayed in room 418. If you get that room ask for another. The A/C worked very well. But there was no microwave, the drawers were off track and the furniture was old. Very disappointing for Marriott.

The hotel was very convenient. and its “tucked way” location is great as you feel as though you are away from all the hustle and bustle of the mall and highway. The grounds and common areas were well kept! The staff was great and able to accommodate our request for “this and that” The rooms were really clean no concerns there. However lighting is poor, tv is not the Marriott smart tv and finding channels is not straight forward. The Bistro, like most courtyards Ive been too is understaffed, especially in evenings! 3 of us ordered meals and we were told “I am the only one here so it will be a while.” It was 8 and rather than try to find another place to eat, we waited it out at the Bistro Also, disappointing was only one elevator was working (I was told it has not been working for some time. My rating for this hotel is 4.5 and I rounded up. (The room was clean and staff excellent)

I'm a big Marriott fan and lifetime Platinum rewards member. This property is in a great location (shopping, restaurants, entertainment, greenway for walks) but is in serious need of attention. Carpets need a good steam cleaning and wallpaper is peeling. One of the two elevators was broken and the one that was working made noises that echoed through the room every time it stopped at any floor. We were three rooms away from the it and it was still loud, especially in the still of the night and early morning. Furniture was wobbly. Lobby food was pricey but good. Staff was good but I had to repeatedly go to the front desk for pool area towels (which are too small and very rough). Housekeeping, every other day, did great with what they had to work with. Last complaint: American flag flying out front had torn and was disrespectfully hanging from one grommet. This was my third time staying here for a week and the difference this time was notable. I'll be looking elsewhere in the future.

Very nice hotel ! Very clean & staff super nice ! Lil bistro in the lobby & it was very nice as well ~ Also had Starbucks!! Nice Inside pool area & jacuzzi . Very clean as well . Hotel smelled really good & inviting when u walked in . Thank You to all the staff our stay was great.

I chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the mall of Georgia and also to interstate 85. I rate the experience on par with the level of quality that I have found that other Marriott Courtyard hotels. Clean comfortable rooms with solid customer service. When extra that I did discover is a walking trail beside the river just behind the hotel. This trail offers miles of Paved trail for running or biking. Very scenic and a nice break from making my morning run along the roadway. The mall offers lots of restaurant options and a multi screen movie theater. The ease of access to I 85 was a good start to my trip into Atlanta the next day for a work meeting.

Decision was made to not open the Bistro because “we don’t have enough people staying”. That is simply not my problem. I would have booked a less expensive hotel without a restaurant.
