There was a issue with my reservation from my reschedule from changes from to February, once everything was straightened out and I went back to the hotel the attendant said the card ******* gave them had expired and asked to wait in the lobby, we waited in the lobby for 40 minutes then I asked her had everything been straightened out, she went back to the desk and came back with ours keys and said it wasn’t our fault and if she needed additional information she would call. We preceded to our room and everything has been fine
