奎斯塞爾服務式公寓酒店(Quest Sale)

Quest apartments have shown themselves to be reliable, elegantly furnished and convenient. Quest Sale is no exception! Having stayed at this property a number of times, I always find it to be efficiently run, with spacious 1 bedroom apartments, with all necessary facilities and scrupulously clean and well-maintained. Also, due to its position set well back from the Princes Hwy, road noise is not a problem.

Poor Value for money, for the price poorly presented. Really Very Disappointed. We are well travelled couple and on this trip we stayed in 5 different properties I have to say this was the most expensive apartment and with the least to offer and worst presented. You really need to lift you game, people are no longer succumbing to customer manipulation. Poor show Quest.

Staff were very helpful and polite. The location of the apartments was excellent with many eating establishments within walking distance. It was also very quiet even though the apartments seemed to be fully booked.

Came to Sale for work related trip. The apartment was immaculate and neat as a pin. It had everything I needed for my two night sta. The wifi was spot on and the tv entertainment a nice way to relax after a long drive. The location made it excellent walking distance from the fabulous Criterion Hotel which was lovely for dinner. Have told my work colleague that this is the perfect place to stay in the future.

The location is great. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shops in city center. Hungry Jack's is right in front of the entrance. The staff (receptionist, maid) are very polite and helpful. The receptionist help me book taxis many times and always respond to my emails/requests very promptly. The room is clean and comfy. The kitchen is well equipped with kitchenware. The bed is fine. Good space in the bathroom. Free laundry room to use which is very nice. The place is quiet and peaceful. Although there is no receptionist at night time but you can always call the night manager if need any help. I called once because I forgot my key card in the room and she showed up very quickly to help me. Will definitely stay here again next time.

I had a room with a shared door to another apartment. This door had big gaps around it - enough that rattled when the window was open - and these big gaps meant I could hear everything from the apartment next door - and I mean everything. No effort had been made at soundproofing - not even cheap rubber door seals were in place. As a result I had a very poor sleep after my neighbor woke up at 5.30am.
