The hotel is an a great spot close to many shops and restaurants and minutes away from universal studios and warner bros. We asked for late check out the evening before our morning check-out and were told a 12:00 PM time, and in the morning at 10:30 we were called by what i would presume is the manager and were told we were already late for check-out and had to leave at 11 because, once we got all of our gatherings in order the same person who called the room opened the door of our room 3 minutes before 11 AM which was the original check out. Extremely unprofessional and rude in the way he approached the situation.

Terrible en general, no lo recomiendo nada. Se escuchaba todo del cuarto de arriba (exageradamente), usd$400 la noche y ni una botella de agua te dan, la limpieza cada dos dias y a parte la tienes que solicitar, la gente de recepcion muy grosera, el desayuno de 8:30 a 9:30. Totalmente sobrevaluado y terrible

Hotel was clean, quiet, and quite a few dining options around it in 1-2 mins walk. Room was spacious and equiped. Breakfast included and free parking. We stayed for 6 days and it seems like they just used the same food and reheat them over amd over again. Pork sausage was dry and scrambled egg did.'t taste like egg but waffle maker was a plus. Coffee machine was awesome. Staff service was minimal. They don't even acknowledge you when you walk by but i like that they leave you alone. When you request for help they are helpful overall. I would stay here again beacause of how clean it is, free parking, good free coffee, and lota of dining options. Big tip - uber to universal studio will save you some money from parking on your own. It is only 8 mins away from the theme park.

Owner harassed over being 2 mins over check out .. requested late check the night before out still gave us a hard time . The past is very old and dirty might be cameras in room , not 100 percent sure but it’s very creepy . Wouldn’t recommend

I was in town to visit family near Hollywood, but all of the hotels there charged nightly for parking and were in crowded, touristy areas. This Burbank hotel was in a much nicer area that was quiet and parking is included in the price. The employees were friendly and there were a few restaurants and a Vons supermarket nearby which was convenient. Hollywood is only 15 minutes away and there are backroads to get there so you can avoid the freeways. The only minor issues were having to go to another floor to get ice and vending since the 2nd floor machines weren't working, and the pillows were pretty flimsy. Other than that everything else was great, so I would definitely stay here again if I need to be near the Hollywood area.

Even though the location is close to Universal studio, but this location of best western is one of the worst by far I ever stayed. Staff was impatient and lack of providing information upfront, for example, by the time I arrived, I would likely need to know all the informations regarding my room located at, where and which parking space I am allowed to park, staff supposedly should informed , not that I have to ask these questions one by one. And yet I have not finished, staff (front desk) immediately pass me my room keys and disappeared right away. By the time I check out, I ask the front desk should I present at the front desk? What’s the procedure to reclaim my deposit, and should I return my room keys, same as my check-in experience, lack of communication and useless answers.

Our room wasn’t cleaned our entire 3 night stay. Trash in the room was not collected at all and towels were never replaced throughout our stay. There was a sign by the front desk saying towels would be replaced every other day and trash would be collected daily, neither was done.
