Even though the location is close to Universal studio, but this location of best western is one of the worst by far I ever stayed. Staff was impatient and lack of providing information upfront, for example, by the time I arrived, I would likely need to know all the informations regarding my room located at, where and which parking space I am allowed to park, staff supposedly should informed , not that I have to ask these questions one by one. And yet I have not finished, staff (front desk) immediately pass me my room keys and disappeared right away. By the time I check out, I ask the front desk should I present at the front desk? What’s the procedure to reclaim my deposit, and should I return my room keys, same as my check-in experience, lack of communication and useless answers.
