Best Western Plus Kenwick Park Hotel

I visit this hotel once every month due to business in the area. The bedroom was one of the best I’ve had absolutely amazing the only let down was the WiFi no internet in the area big issue for me

Nice hotel, great spa, gym etc. food was good,breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only complaint is my room was overlooked by the bar, so you have to keep the curtains closed (curtains which date back to the 90’s) the Wi-Fi was rubbish in the room as well, the room was 101. But I’d stay there again just for the facilities.

Room was nice and quite big, view from window looked straight into the restaurant/bar! Restaurant was closed, which they did tell us and meals were served in the leisure centre but the latest breakfast was 8.45 which was a bit early on a Sunday morning so we didn't bother but comments from friends that did go was the food was not hot but had been cooked earlier and just kept warm

The venue was very good, staff excellent ad was the food, the only dowside was the qualith of drinks, worst wine i haver tasted, limited beer options sbd the coffee was not good either.

Lovely location friendly staff, comfortable and clean modern room, not forgetting the good food.

The hotel was beautiful and the spa was great. The only downside was that the pool shut at 6pm on the Saturday and we had to get out after just 45 mins. It would be great if it could stay open a little later.

Hotel was brilliant loved the gym did not get chance to go in the pool but we loved it fabulous two nights regards

Whilst I realise that this was a betwix Christmas break the limited menu was a little too limited with same soup (pea and ham.. no ham)being served over our stay

It is a nice place facilities were a long walk from the room, but very good, The large pool was a little cold but if you do lengths it's no problem after length 2 you warm up the outdoor spar pool was very nice Breakfast is very nice buffet style, nice traditional breakfast croissants very nice. staff-friendly bar is as always very pricey. Comfy room and bed .Would stay again I will be staying again
