We arrived and my Orbitz Visa card didn’t work on the swipe machine even that tried 4times, then key card room didn’t work properly. It has to be reset every time I want it to use it. As we enter in the room I noticed that half roll of toilet paper was for use . No extra roll. Next day we went to derby and came back to the hotel to rest and only received two face towels ,called to front desk for set of towels and I picked it up by the desk. Keycard room didn’t work again reset it again few more times. We parked at the side of the hotel and lot of trash out by parking lot. It’s a sad experience when we paid for poor service . Victor

The staff at the front desk were unhelpful and surly. My receipt was a blank piece of paper. The staff for breakfast were helpful. The bathroom was gross. the water didn't drain from the sink, and sat there all night! We decided to skip showers until we got home because we thought the tub would be the same. We will NOT be staying there again.

Food crumbs left under the desk in room, long strands of hair in bathtub. Breakfast mediocre - pancakes horrible, just sausage, no toast one day, usual egg omelets. Famous cinnamon buns no longer exist - cold and dry. Only thing good about hotel was location and the bedding.

The front desk supervisor was very rude in communicating with our group She had to gave away one room out of 2 immediately and charge for the night for late check out and cancelled the whole booking We had 3 rooms booked for 4 days Since she was not cooperating we end up all cancelling the booking and moved to Raddison hotels The lady was do aggressive and even font let you to explain My company will never ever going to book at Holiday inn again .

Hotel property and room was clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Have stayed here before and will again

We were told we could have two sets of connecting rooms close to each other - and then when we got there, we were told that “doesnt exist”. One of the rooms was quite dirty/dingy and reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a “non-smoking room”

Excellent hotel. Worth the price. Good breakfast. Spacious room with separate bedroom and living / working area.
