The remodeled room was well done, staff friendly... The TV remote wasn't working, shower temp wasn't warm enough...when the heat came on the room its was extremely lout and kept waking me up... food in the restaurant wasn't great...

Liked the renovated room I was placed in. Didn't like that I was initially placed in a room that was already occupied. But i did like that the staff was immediately accommodating, fixed the error, and was very apologetic and nice about it. Didn't like the hot tub was draibed and not in use

We had 3 rooms. Two were fine but mine was not found several hairs in bathroom and on pillow. The bed cover was also very wrinkled. Like someone left it on the floor for a few days. I did however speak to the front desk and received a discount on my room for the night

This is a noisy area of the city. I was prepared for that and accept it as part of being in the city. However, the hotel was apparently under renovation - which I was not told - which started at 7 am and it was very loud. The constant drilling was unbearable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The front desk staff, no matter which day it was, were exceptional! Great service, very knowledgeable, and inviting to approach! The facilities of the pool and the access to the atrium was once again wonderful! The rooms could used an upgrade. This time I found my shower was squealing the whole time it ran and it did not drain very well. I found hair on the bed and my son found a small chain that was left behind from previous guests. Not huge deal breakers in my mind, but thought I would mention it, as it would be a deal breaker for some other guests.

Booked a king suite and showed up to a queen. Was told I was left a message about the change but didn’t get one. The hot tub wasn’t open. The bed was uncomfortable. The heating/cooling system was soooo loud.

My family and I have stayed here before and it was okay so we thought we would try again. After we checked in we got to our room and there was blood and bits of stuff in our sheets so we let the desk know (super friendly fella!) and he moved us to a new room and gave us vouchers for breakfast. Breakfast was wonderful however it was quite obvious the staff was overworked. I don’t know if I would stay again on account of the cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the wifi never working.
