Amazing staff. Super friendly and helpful...even though they had to work on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Great Hotel. Clean and secure on site indoor parking. Beautiful unobstructed view of the lake. Amazing gym facility and indoor pool. The restaurant "Isabelle" was great. Excellent chef. The hotel even had LIVE Christmas carollers in the lobby. An incredible stay at a 5 Star Hotel.

The location is right on the water which is lovely when the weather is good. For the price I have stayed in hotels in the Burlington area that offer just as much comfort if not more for considerably less $ per night.

Well planned and executed perfection across the board. Every detail throughout the property in mint condition. Beautifully designed and maintained. Staff provided outstanding care and service with individual attention to special requests. Lots of little touches to make our stay extraordinary. 10/10 will return.

My one-night experience was nothing short of luxurious. The hotel exudes sophistication with its upscale ambiance and impeccable cleanliness. The attention to detail was evident with the thoughtful turndown service, an already-filled ice bucket upon arrival, and delightful chocolates. The room, boasting a picturesque view of Lake Ontario, was a true highlight. Two plush bathrobes added an extra touch of comfort. The Pearl Hotel & Spa exceeded my expectations, providing a memorable and indulgent retreat. A five-star gem by the lake

Valet Parking was efficient staff was welcoming. We had a later check out at 12:00pm. The manager Franchesco kept knocking on our door before check out repeatedly and then escorted us out to the lobby as if we were children doing something wrong. It was very juvenile and it wasn't recieved well. I said we had 12:00 check out and he blamed reception.I said they knew because we called them We are all in and didn't apologize for his behaviour. We are in our 30's looking for a relaxing get away from kids but that left us a very sour taste on our trip. Everything else was superb, especially the cafe and staff otherwise. Reception was lovely and helpful.
