Typical Premier Inn, however they have no air conditioning at the site and as such, particularly for sleeping overnight the room temperatures made it impossible to get to sleep. So if you find it difficult to sleep with temps in the mid to high 20's I would advise that you don't book a room at Burnley.

Lovely staff members on reception always ready to help with any issues especially with WiFi Car park plenty of spaces Breakfast served in the brewers fayre next door this was over run with children but food was served warm plenty of pastries. Room was clean but outdated

A one night stay. I like staying at a Prem. As you know what to expect. Decent size room, comfy bed and a good bathroom. Last night did not disapoint. The breakfast however was different. The Brewers Fayre, was no where near the same standard as Prem restaurants. Do not close your restaurants.

Reception staff was lovely it was nice and quiet the hotel overall was lovely it was a normal premier Inn I would definitely go back for sure.

A nice hotel that is situated in a very pleasant location on the edge of town.There are a couple of lovely parks in the vicinity which were nice for a walk. The hotel is fairly close to the motorway, and also near to the town centre and football ground.It was a decent enough place to stay without being spectacular,though the price was fantastic.

I really liked it friendly staff, big rooms, quiet location, very short walk to town and next to a very nice park to walk around, I had my breakfast in the pub next door that worked really well and was very tasty, Also the free parking was a big plus to,

Great welcome from PRIYA at reception . You were extremely helpful as were were going to a wedding the next day and not familiar with the area.. thank you so much we really appreciated your help and friendliness . It does make a difference to receive help like you give

This is the worst experience I have had at a premier inn. The noise made by the worn out staircase was the start of the issue closely followed by the maintenance work that started at 7am outside our room window. The good night guarantee is a lie. Having raised the issue with reception I was told to contact guest relations, they told me that I don’t tell reception quickly enough for the guarantee… I guess I should have not tried to sleep there!

We had a lovely time at Premier Inn Burnley, very warm welcome and smooth check in by Priya , he made sure thay we have all the information and my kids wowed with chocolates by him. Clean room and all the amenities were avaliable for us to use, the pub next door was a treat, free car park and the hotel is close to local attractions. Thanks for the great service.
