檸檬客棧(Lemon Inn)

The staff or owners were very friendly. However, the bed was partially unmade, and the place is currently under construction. I can see that they are trying very hard to make it a nice place for lodging however, it is still in the very early stages.

The property is under renovation they didn't even know we were coming. The only service we got was when we got there. No cleaning of the room no extra towels. No coffee maker no hair dryer no shampoos nothing

Very dirty，no bath，I feel itch all night. The owner double charge me

Never saw the owners, if breakfast was available it was well hidden. Inn is very dated and run down, sheets had holes in them, toilet looks to be falling through the floor and leaning. Remote didn't work well with the TV and wifi was slow. Wouldn't recommend.

My brother and I love riding motorcycles in the mountains. We came upon the Lemon Tree, tired, needing a place to stay, and Curtis was exceptionally welcoming. If you are expecting a five star hotel, keep driving to Asheville. But, if a dated motel in the mountains with exceptional hospitality and character, albeit some spiderwebs, is to your liking, you will enjoy yourself. We were on our bikes and it was raining. Curtis offered us his beautiful Cadillac to drive to dinner! The Lemon Tree is about more than the rooms.

Don’t stay there

This place is a train wreck Arrived late and had no other options Spots on the carpet, broken blinds, chipped tub, broken bathtub fixtures, stained comforter, dead spider, towels with holes No deadbolt or chain on door Woke up to go get breakfast and my vehicle was blocked in by law enforcement doing a car search/drug bust right in front of our room Seriously disturbing Nasty nasty nasty
