We enjoyed our say and the very friendly desk people. Will stay again.

I was mostly satisfied. I only spent one night there. Upon arrival, check in was easy and staff was pleasant. When I got to my room, it was right in front of the elevators and right by the ice maker, so those made my stay quite noisy, unfortunately. The room smelled like dirty feet, or like wet musty carpet..that’s the best way I can explain it. I noticed that some of the towels in the bathroom were not clean. The hand towel hanging next to the bathroom sink was dirty and had brown crusty markings on it. There is a sign in the bathroom that states to be eco friendly if towels are unused, to leave them hanging. I suppose if you wipe your hands or face or anything but leave it hanging it stays in the room. It does say you can call to request new towels. It just seems unclean to leave towels in a used room regardless if they had been used or not. My only other complaint is that the curtains don’t close all the way. There is a set of sheer curtains that goes across the entirety of the window but it’s completely see through. I had to use my hair clip to clip the thicker curtain together to have privacy and to help with light coming in. If I needed a room in Butte again I would probably try somewhere else considering the price.

The smell upon entering our room was awful. Musty or moldy smelling. The bathtub was in disrepair. Tile cracked and glued back in place. A patch on the tub. Etc. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Neither my husband or I could really sleep and the little bit we did, we both woke up in pain. The breakfast was a disgrace. Eggs were terrible and sausage didn’t look right. It was a weird pale gray color. Those are things that can improve. The staff were so pleasant and well mannered. They were quick to greet us and help. The room was well stocked with towels and cups etc.

We love the family suite at the hotel. It has a full bathroom and an extra powder room which is extremely helpful in the mornings. Only complaint is the pool hours. We were hoping to go for an early morning swim before starting our day.

A quality hotel, conveniently located a couple of minutes drive from the town and located near plenty of eating options. The room was spacious, clean and really comfortable. All of the staff we met were polite, friendly and made you feel welcome. Loads of parking and the property overlooks a huge grassy park. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Butte.

Easy checkin. Convenient location for our one night stay. Desk clerk very helpful. Room was clean and in good condition. Con: no regular coffee pack in room-only decaf.

Our first room smelled like musty wet carpet. The smell was so strong we asked to Change rooms. The front desk lady was very nice gave us a new room. The next room smelled the same but not as strong. The second room had lots of black hair on the sheets and pillows. Overall the cleanliness of the hotel is 0/10 would not stay again.

Needed an over night due to a storm in the passes. Glad we checked in here! Welcoming staff. Breakfast was hosted by an amazing team that had it ready for weekend travelers WAY before scheduled. Extremely grateful.

Great breakfast. Very clean. Bathrooms are not closet size, but for almost handicapped person very low toilet, slippery, but beautiful tile floor, towels above toilet far from shower with no towel racks. ******* offer was not really respected.
