It is good welcome drink is provided but please provide more manpower to distribute them. At my time, only 1 person was serving a welcome drink for quite a pack of customers. No cutlery,they provide stick to stir. Drinking water is limited. Need to boil by own. Room spacious. Breakfast superb! Ambiance wow! The pool is very convenient.

Dissapointed with the service. I’ve booked and paid for deluxe king room with balcony. But received the one with no balcony. I’ve complained, but the management said it is depend on availability. I purposely paid more for balcony. The hotel should revise the term and be more transparent!

Such beautiful resort, everything new and look stunning. Love the concept of the resort. The foods is yummy, just need to look after new staffs, they need proper training. Overall good experience… will come back!

Staffs were well trained and was sincerely welcoming, helpful and friendly! Love the ambience and visually appealing environment. Our room was wonderful too! Our kids love the pool. Breakfast had a good spread of choices and tasted fairly nice. We will definitely come back! Thank you!

We came from KL to perform in a dinner show, booked 5 rooms. The ambiance upon arriving was awesome with a nice open concept lobby with stunning view. Its a middle-east kind of design & concept. Staffs are mostly local malays with kind & respective behaviour. Rooms are standard with full facilities, as well as choice of breakfast. Overall we are overwhelmed with a one-nite stay in a real 5 star hotel over Kepala Batas.

Very good experience.konsep arab yg memukau..pool yg bsr.mkanan sedap dan banyak pilihan.staf sangat baik dan peramah..cuma dlm bilik dpt 1 botol je air minuman..recommended.
