Breakfast bar cleared out; hotel had a large(100) family reunion staying there and no prep for breakfast bar; although they say 'free breakfast' included, it does not mean there will be food there; i had to go office site and pay for my own breakfast; poor management!

PRO: comfortable beds, easy to adjust temperature, Keurig coffee pot, great shower head. CoN: roughest bath towels I have ever seen...one towel per person...extremely low toilet. Toiletry dispensers in shower (shampoo, conditioner, shower soap) either were empty or didn't work.

King beds should have 6 pillows.
Toilet paper and tissue were like sand paper.
For the price, step up your game.

The staff (breakfast and front desk) were very friendly and helpful. Obviously taking their jobs seriously and caring for people and the place they work are very important to them.
