"優點：飯店臨海，方便前往海灘，躺椅周圍環境清幽。員工友善。 缺點：飯店設施陳舊，淋浴間太小。空調出風口有蟑螂出沒，不過工作人員很快就來處理了。飯店沒有電梯，搬運行李到二樓和三樓很不方便。酒店的設計不適合行動不便者。此外，飯店允許客人攜帶未拴繩的狗。有一隻小狗追著我跑。當我上前詢問狗主人是否可以給狗綁上狗繩時，他變得蠻橫無理、態度惡劣，簡直像個**。酒店工作人員袖手旁觀。當我要求見經理投訴時，被告知她正在休假（？）。當我詢問負責人時，也被告知負責人不在。這是一個安全隱患，卻無人處理，這令人沮喪和失望。"

"Beautiful stay at the Surf Lodge. Loved the room decor and restaurant ambiance. It was clean and spacious. The food and drinks were delicious and fresh. It was a short walk to Playa Encuentro with an amazing local surf town atmosphere. You could rent boards and have delicious meal. Wish we could have stayed longer but they had a wedding party coming in (lucky them)!!"

"Terrible, definitely our worst trip to Cabarete. No one ever tells you when you make the reservation that there's construction going on next door from 8 am to 6 pm, and it sounds like a war zone. Completely unpleasant, not to mention the totally rude attitude of some of the staff. A real shame, the noise could drive anyone crazy."

"This boutique style hotel is the perfect location for a large family/friend vacation. There are 4 floors with 2 2 bedroom/2bathroom apartments on each floor. The bedrooms are roomy and each apartment has a big ocean view balcony and full kitchen. The pool area is great with direct access to the beach. The staff, led by Bree and Francisco are very friendly, accommodating and professional. We hired private chefs to make breakfast and dinner every day which was the cherry on top of an amazing experience. We had the entire property to ourselves. We felt completely safe while there."

"It's our 4th year to stay here and we plan on many more visits. The apartments are clean and bright and have most anything we need to be comfortable. The kitchen is good and all we need when we cook here. The balcony (2nd floor) is my favourite spot. We have shade and usually a breeze. Even when it occasionally rains, it's easy to sit out and enjoy. The beach is a 2 minute walk in a beautiful community. It's just a quick 20 minute walk on the beach to town for the bank or groceries or the beach cafes and bars Our hosts are always willing to help out if there is any problem or question. A perfect place for us to escape some of the winter.😊"
