위치는 나쁘지않으나 건물과 시설은 오래되었습니다 시설이 크다고 느꼈지만 막상 식당이나 시설이 많거나 좋지는 않았습니다 식당이 몇개없고 메뉴가 적으며 음식맛은 별로입니다 아침 조식은 하나고 항상 똑같은 음식의 뷔페 입니다 룸서비스는 다양하지 않으며 별로입니다 건물이 오래되어 USB충전 단지가 없어 콘센트 충전기를 꼭 챙겨가야합니다 수영장의 공중화장실은 냄새가 났으며 친절한 직원과 별로 친절하지 않은 직원이 있습니다

El hotel algo que lo distingue es ser el mas antiguo de los cabos , tienes todo para una excelente experiencia en descanso , servicio , alimentos y algo que sobresale la vista que puedes elegir desde tu habitacion hacia el Oceano Pacifico o a la Marina de los Cabos felicitaciones a Kikin y a Ismael por su excelente servicio y atencion

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and decent food. Biggest complaint I have is that they advertise as a beachfront hotel and while that is true, you cannot use the beach. The beach is not swimmable and you will get a whistle blown at you if you are within 50’ of the water. To me, I think this is something that the resort should be upfront and honest about. Had we known that, we would not have booked this resort. We expected to be able to be in the ocean. We will not be booking at this resort again because of that.

This is a beautiful and ideally located property. The staff is friendly and the service is good. Our family usually books 4-5 rooms every year. We’ve stayed here 9 times so far. The food quality has gone downhill this year - particularly the seafood and the steaks that were chewy, dry and over-cooked. The older rooms facing the marina below the outdoor entertainment area have mosquitoes and flies. There are no words to describe the frustration hearing their incessant hissing in your ear as you’re sleeping. The traffic on the marina side is 24/7 with sirens and motorcycles. The rooms facing the Pacific Ocean are newer, cleaner and peaceful. In general our family enjoys our annual tradition, but we will be looking at possible alternatives in 2024. Also, there was a lingering $286 deposit on my credit card which showed pending for nearly 2 weeks after departure which gave hesitancy for writing a review.

This is an amazing property! Location, location, location...beach on one side, Marina on the other. Close enough walking distance to all kinds of shops, restaurants, entertainment. The food at this resort is the best we have ever had an all inclusive. We have been to several and this is hands down the best. We would absolutely return to this resort!!

We loved that it was walkable to Marina, shops, restaurants. The elevator didn’t work the entire time we were there and we had to walk up and down 7 flights of stairs multiple times a day, it was terrible. The main adults only pool was like a frat party. Luckily we had access to the vip pool closer to our room. The property is all hills so if you struggle climbing hills and stairs this property is not for you.

The pros: they upgraded our room to an ocean view suite and we had access to the VIP pool. The views are amazing from this property and it is very walkable to the downtown with more dining, activities, and shopping options. The cons: The food is terrible. The food was almost inedible at most of the restaurants here. Agave is the only place where we didn’t feel like we would get food poisoning. We would not come back here mainly for this reason, there are plenty other beautiful resorts for similar pricing in Cabo with amazing food.
