When I come to Bossier I always look forward to staying

My trip was awesome. Hotel staff extremely friendly and nice . Only concern was hotel was having construction done on it. They had me on same floor construction was on.

The floors felt soggy and it smelt musty throughout the hotel. The beds were uncomfortable with tiny pillows. We did not get no sleep from the banging and constant sounds coming from the room above us . We will not be staying here again!

Hotel is under major renovation and it should be disclosed Air conditioning did not work properly, hallways were 80 degrees & construction/renovation equipment lining the hallways Half the elevators didn’t work, the other ones were lined in cardboard and painter’s tape

Everything was very clean, and we felt very safe. We will now always stay here on our trips to Bossier.

Everything was great as it pertains to the hotel. The Boardwalk shopping area is very lackluster with very few shops still occupying the spaces, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Also the ****** scene was TRASH, but again that has nothing to do with the hotel. Lastly, if I were to come back to Bossier (highly unlikely) I would 1000% stay here again.

Staff was very good. Watched as they made sure the Christmas decorations were spaced evenly. Thought that was really amazing, so much attention to details. And it all looked beautiful! Every staff member, including housekeeping, never missed an opportunity to greet us ask how we were doing. I’ll be back!!!!

Convenient access to the boardwalk and shops. 5 minute walk to margaritaville
