部屋にバスタブはあるが、底の栓がないために湯を溜めて利用できない。

The staff and security officers are the best!! The restaurant has a poor selection and quality of food.

Check in good porter excellent , room fine but pillow to big for my wife and no spare in room . Drainage pipes in wall and a tap had been left on above our room so couldn’t sleep then at 2am reported and tap turned off after 25 more minutes plus they moved us at 2.40am . Great location for the shopping malls and immigration offices . Really wanted a better room but none available on hotels. Com website . Hotel has indoor pool but didn’t realize

I have stayed here lots of times over the years and it is like a home from home and everyone makes me feel very welcome. The room is good as is the location. The choice of food in the Rosso restaurant is not so good following lockdown so I found somewhere nearby to eat in the evenings. I feel very safe there

Reasonable room rate and right by Limketkai center where you can easily get cab rides, good food, and other items from the nearby mall

Breakfast buffet spread needs to be improved . But location is perfect with nearby dining and shopping options .

The staff was super nice and helpful and walking distance to the malls

well al very good but he Wi-Fi sucks you have to login up to 10 times in 2 hours in the evening will be back next time we go CDO.

I had a gig at the Atrium last April 26, 2023. My Organizers booked me at Mallberry Junior Suite which was quite spacious. I left a package when I checked out and Paul, manning the front desk at that time did everything possible so that my package will get to me. Keep up the good work guys!
