聖路易斯和I-255附近凱藝套房酒店(Quality Inn & Suites Near St Louis and I-255)

Associates were rude and not informative. I payed for my deposit in cash. The next day when checking out the front desk associate told me id receive my deposit back into my account in a few days. I never did because it was paid in cash which they could've seen that and check on it. I'm out of $100 dollars now because they refuse to send it to me the mail or through check.

Check in was terrible. Took 20 minutes and there was nobody checking in but my family member.they cancelled the room because they ran my card on file. When I chose pay at check-in. When I said that he shouldn't have ran my card, he said that I didn't have a card on file. I told him that yes I do showed the card and said that you have to have a card on file with ********* and that I have been booking hotel rooms with ********* for over 10 years and never had a problem with any hotel or my card.He finally said that he had a room and didn't charge the 100 dollar deposit. So at the end my family checked in and we had a wonderful time at the wedding. P.S. I think that because we didn't get to the hotel at or before 3pm he thought that we weren't coming so he ran my card so that he still could get paid even if my family didn't show up.

The location was convenient to Busch stadium and the price was less than other hotels near the ballpark. Some of the areas in this hotel were obviously in need of repair or updates. The ice machine on the 2bd floor was Out-of-Order and from the looks of the sign it had been that way for awhile. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was clean and there was enough food, but the first morning when I got the eggs and sausage it was cold and I had to warm it in the microwave.

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL! I booked this hotel not realizing this was East St.Louis so I requested a refund. This was denied. I ended up still going to the hotel. There was RV parking advertised and when we showed up there was no safe or available parking for our RV. This was not the worst part. It is "pet friendly" and we were traveling with our dog there were 2 LARGE PIT BULLS that were clearly off leash & stray dogs. I also have 2 small children I was traveling with. I had my previous law enforcement father go to the front & there was NO ONE to check us in. This was clearly a sketchy area and completely unsafe so we made the choice to leave. We requested a refund again after the first denial and were listed as a "no show". Then again the message was given to the manager that we did show up with no one to check us in and unsafe enviroment & AGAIN WAS DENIED. If you are traveling with kids, DO NOT GO HERE. If you are traveling with pets, DO NOT GO HERE. This is the worst expirence I have ever had. Caution as they will hold the non-refundable booking to the T.

The hotel is in great shaoe which was a surprise considering the location. The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable; we slept well. There was a huge group staying there but it was not noisy except when you would expect (breakfast time, leaving in and out during the day). The one downside was that they served a strughle breakfast and would not restock the juices once they were gone an hour before breakfast ended.

The check-in guy was talking to me at the same time he was talking to someone else on his EarPods which I thought was very rude. Also, there was a can that said recycle so I put about a dozen plastic water bottles in it to recycle. There were also slots for paper and something else. After I put the bottles in, I discovered that there was 1 bag for all three kinds of recyclables. I hope it gets recyled. At breakfast, there were no eggs from 8:10 to 8:45 (breakfast was to be till 10.) The sausage looked under cooked.

The reception quality was very poor. The elevator was all time during stay. Receptionist was yelling and doesn’t have empathy. I will not recommend that hotel to anyone.

I chose to stay here because it was not downtown st.louis and affordable. We were traveling with our 5mo old baby and walked in to **** smell and then our non smoking floor smelled strongly of cigarettes. The only reason we stayed was because our room smelled like it was bombed to get rid of the smoke smell. The room itself was ok, not the worst I've stayed in but the shower had a bunch of hair and fuzz. My husband went down for breakfast at 7 and all they had was bread....we decided to go to the McDonald's down the street but they weren't much better haha could just be this town as a whole was pretty beat. Overall we lived but I wouldn't go back. Only plus side was it was 10 minutes from the arch which was our next stop.

Comfortable place, good value for the $, Owners apear to care about the property and are making improvements while struggling with an older property.
