開恩茲Aerobatic Display附近酒店

優點：位置，就在大堡礁碼頭正對面，從餐廳旁邊的門直穿過去就是，可能是離碼頭最近的酒店了。 缺點：1.餐飲，很差很差，第一天去吃的行政酒廊早餐，要啥沒啥，第二天換了下面早餐廳去，環境好很多，食物照樣是要啥沒啥，多個了很難吃的味增湯。完全顛覆我對香格里拉的印象。甚至比我在悉尼住的一家四星級酒店都要差的遠。搞笑的是晚上做夢迴杭州香格里拉自助餐大吃特吃。 2.行政酒廊，有機會不會再選行政房，貴了好幾百，本來想蹭個歡樂時光。結果第一天去已經結束，那也算了，想着喝個飲料就好了。結果工作人員當我們的麪把冰櫃鎖了不給我們喝（裏面也就可樂雪碧啤酒） 我們説不是營業到十點嗎？表示衹能用咖啡機。關鍵前面剛有個歐美客人打開冰櫃拿了個啤酒走，拿完她們就過來當我們麪鎖冰櫃了。沒見過這樣的行政酒廊。 3.房間。不知道怎麼設計的，給我們的房間走了很遠很遠，然後説是地平線濱海景觀，勉強看到點海，景色很差，和別人拍的同房型完全不一樣。房間大而空，乏善可陳。 其他服務也是一般。 大堂沒有歡迎飲料（自助檸檬水那種都沒有），住的俱樂部房連個歡迎水果都沒有。對小孩也沒有額外招呼之類的。退房也沒有人關心入住感受。（悉尼那家四星級沒有特別好，但比這個香格里拉好得多） 總之是住了一家假的香格里拉。

I knew it was a party hostel, but I wasn’t aware of the fact that it would be SO loud 24/7. My room was right above the bar and when I was laying in my bed it literally felt like I was inside the bar. So didn’t sleep one bit. Was actually meant to stay 10 nights, but left after 3. That is my personal issue though, I’m just a very light sleeper so I couldn’t handle it very well. I did enjoy the rest of the hostel though. The rooms were very clean and they got cleaned every day. Ensuite toilet and shower. And a balcony for every room. Kitchen on every floor I believe. Didn’t use it, but looked clean. And also communal area with couches and TV on every floor. I guess I was just unlucky with my room, because my friends were on the other side (side of the street) and there you couldn’t hear anything of the noise from the bar.

醉美海景房，晨起觀日出，暮落賞晚霞，豪華大遊輪停靠岸邊，椰林海韻，盡收眼底。正逢週末，午後爵士樂隊在大堂的精彩表演更是錦上添花。

酒店位置不錯，房間也很乾凈，站在陽台上就可以看到海，步行十分鐘就到碼頭。 這次正好趕上昆士蘭的風暴，機場和道路封閉，好幾天景點都不開，還好第三天晴天在小鎮裏漫步休閑還是挺不錯的感覺，最終還是能去綠島浮潛游泳。

Fantastic place staff are so helpful the other backpackers are fun to talk to,the cleaners are fantastic,the pool is great clean also the spare is very relaxing the bed in my room was really comfy air conditioning was cold didn't need at night time,it's across the road from cairns central the Mair shopping centre,the Grand hotel is just up the street $10 200gm steals are really nice and the beer is cold . So over all great stay thx YHA

我們是一家人,有3和7個孩子。我們預訂了三人間,但得到了一個四人房,這很好。這是熱浪,但空調超級冷。房間和公共區域乾淨,誘人。游泳池是一次擺脫熱氣的絕佳機會。很容易走進城鎮,凱恩斯中心購物中心就在馬路對面。我需要自己再次來,並將再次在這裏預訂。

The king suit was okay however a kitchen was missing however they had a BBQ area to cook meat. The bedding was large and comfy. Staff were extremely helpful and with morning scone, jam and cream or the mini muffins for the late risers were every good. I would recommend the Cairns City Palms for the budget traveler. The hotel does have apartments for the twin and triple which makes cooking in room easier.

很棒的食物和友好樂於助人的員工。雖然這棟建築很舊,但裝修得很好,入住很舒服。我不得不很早就離開,趕上公共汽車,並提供了盒式早餐,最歡迎在凌晨5點。從卡倫巴之旅回來,我們發現我的預訂提前一週不正確。晚上7點到達,非常累,我非常感謝值班經理能把我放在一個非常好的房間過夜,我能夠吃一頓愉快的飯,趕上了華麗的肖尼歡迎我回來,儘管我看起來和聞起來像羅賓遜卡魯索,肯定會再去那裏。

We stayed at the Palm Royale for only 3 nights & I wish it could have been longer. We checked in late the 1 st night so there was little time left of the day except to go to bed. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the pool & it was fairly comfortable. Unfortunately, the room was a long walk from the lobby, the air conditioner was very loud, and there was some street noise. Most of the staff @ the desk were pleasant & approachable. There is also guest laundry +++. The pools are fantastic. The restaurant is closed. This property is too far from the centre. There is shopping nearby.

我們回家前一晚住在Edge Hill Tavern,因爲離機場不遠。我們提前2小時到達,工作人員一點也不打擾。他們立即把我們入住了房間。在關鍵系統上有一些掙扎,他們立即在酒吧給我們免費飲料,這非常非常好,很有禮貌。當我們的航班在晚上離開時,我們要求延遲退房,這根本不是問題!我們對員工印象深刻,非常友好。房間非常完美。您有一個很好的工作交流,有Netflix的大電視,牀非常舒適,浴室也很好,很乾淨。我們住得很開心,因爲我們受到如此好的待遇!我們真的會推薦這家酒店!
