Be very wary staying here. Not only did they muck our booking up for wrong month , but decided to take money from our credit card and when disputed with the bank they blatantly lied saying I received keys and was there and stayed. They stated the booking was for 2 adults and 2 children which it never was. They also had my name wrong. The manager would not return our phone calls and got to the point where they wouldn’t answer the phone at all. We fought this to the end and eventually won but I have to wonder how many other people this has happened to . Very dodgy

Service upon arrival was great, and stayed that way from all staff the 4 nights we stayed here. 3 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom self contained apartment. Well appointed, tidy and clean. Large shower and bathroom. only gripe was water pressure and temperature, both fluctuated considerably, but liveable! Scones every morning. Very good value for money, will stay again

操作員提供的照片極具欺騙性。住宿設施陳舊,運行良好。淋浴瓷磚在某個階段被粉刷過,現在地板和牆壁都脫落了。“更新”的虛榮盆和水龍頭大小差,你無法完全洗臉,因爲盆的形狀和大小較短的頸龍頭。淋浴中沒有完整的水圍欄,每次你淋浴時都會把浴室裏的水淹到浴室裏我們最後用走廊裏的普通淋浴來保持我們的房間乾燥。衛生紙只有單層,所以如果你決定留在這裏,請自帶!我們的毛巾和牀單上有污漬,枕頭又平又硬。除非你有最新的破傷風疫苗,否則我不會在游泳池裏游泳。一天晚上,我們被一個稍有敵意的無家可歸者跟蹤回到住宿,這對我們十幾歲的女兒來說有點不安。最好的住宿是戶外燒烤區。早餐提供的味道很好,但是我們決定每天在碼頭的咖啡館吃飯,因爲我們要去珊瑚礁和島嶼。我們決定住在這裏,省錢,因爲一般情況下我們白天外出,只需要一張舒適的牀和一個乾淨的淋浴下次我們會回到離Espplanade更近的常規住宿。

很滿意，陽台上看到很美的海景，下面就是港口，出海來回太方便了，樓下附近的餐廳味道都很贊。本來訂的是雙床房，前台安排的這間雖然是大床，但是景色更好，很貼心加了床，所有的一次性用品都準備了三件。

Fantastic place staff are so helpful the other backpackers are fun to talk to,the cleaners are fantastic,the pool is great clean also the spare is very relaxing the bed in my room was really comfy air conditioning was cold didn't need at night time,it's across the road from cairns central the Mair shopping centre,the Grand hotel is just up the street $10 200gm steals are really nice and the beer is cold . So over all great stay thx YHA

酒店整體不錯，checkin 時會有cookies，每人每天可以到vine room飲一杯酒或者果汁，床舒服，每人有4個枕頭。但個人覺得house keeping時間有些太早，大概9:30-10:00就會有人敲門，另外床單會有黑色短毛，不知是否洗衣機或者什麼機器掉毛，還是上一手的頭髮。 酒店地理位置好，近Aquarium，行路5分鐘到night market，但如要到Woolworth就要行15分鐘，一條直路，不用google map搵點行，20分鐘到Terminal。

I knew it was a party hostel, but I wasn’t aware of the fact that it would be SO loud 24/7. My room was right above the bar and when I was laying in my bed it literally felt like I was inside the bar. So didn’t sleep one bit. Was actually meant to stay 10 nights, but left after 3. That is my personal issue though, I’m just a very light sleeper so I couldn’t handle it very well. I did enjoy the rest of the hostel though. The rooms were very clean and they got cleaned every day. Ensuite toilet and shower. And a balcony for every room. Kitchen on every floor I believe. Didn’t use it, but looked clean. And also communal area with couches and TV on every floor. I guess I was just unlucky with my room, because my friends were on the other side (side of the street) and there you couldn’t hear anything of the noise from the bar.

這絕對是一個更面向家庭而不是情侶的地方。好的是整個度假村的友好工作人員,餐飲服務和方便的地下停車場。住在五樓的豪華特大牀房,俯凱恩斯市,最近似乎升級了。進入時房間聞起來潮溼,第一次淋浴後,很明顯爲什麼。很難相信有人設計了淋浴,以便水直接流到地板上,甚至在您水流最少的情況下進入生活區。我建議您有一點設計缺陷。此外,預訂特大牀時,詢問客人是否想要房間的第二張牀以及連接房間是一個好主意。我個人不希望有連接房間,除非我作爲一個家庭入住。這扇門和前門沒有密封得很好,你可以在這裏從外面和隔壁發出大量的噪音。陽台被推銷爲親密的,但有一把椅子,作爲一個連接的房間,你和你的鄰居之間的陽台沒有什麼。幾乎沒有親密。根據評論,我相信這個地方是完美的家庭,然而,在凱恩斯其他地方的夫婦有更好的選擇。
