Very small hotel. No passage. Very conjusted aisle space. Pool at the back side. The hotel as such is ok type but not at the cost which it is charging. Except the room, nothing was really upto the mark. Very disappointing experience. Though in photos you can imagine it's a big hotel with a good lobby, children play area with large pool none of which was available. Approch way to rooms is like that of a small lodge and very very bad. Rooms are good. Cleanliness is good. Staff is good. My summary is I have paid ₹4000 per night for a room which is worth probably ₹2000 so i am disappointed. 😅

Only Rooms are superb Rest Worst experience. On check inn room not ready at 5pm Car parking on street Round the hotel construction work(hotel complex) Breakfast not worth/complete mess/cutlery just thrown on the table/looks third party arrangements.ordered omelette excuse we don’t have Pan. We stayed five nights. Two rooms. Very comfortable stay. Staff very helpful. Breakfast reasonable - nothing fancy but fresh and wholesome. Cook Manju and server Kartikeye were ready to accept our requests, e.g. cooked parathas with no chillies!. Food in the restaurant Delhi Durbar is very good.

Avoid at all costs, will never book with this chain of hotels again. They take your money and give your rooms away. Totally ruined our holiday so thanks very much. Also staff very rude. Thankfully got our money back but that was no thanks to the hotel

I never have to write bad reviews but here I am now. I booked this hotel months in advance, a few weeks before check in I send messages and emails to arrange transport from the airport. They never responded to any of my messages. Once in Goa we paid a taxi to take us to this hotel, arriving about 3am. Upon check in the receptionist told us the hotel decided to cancel our booking - again no email or any sort of contact or notification. They were fully booked and had no hotel to offer. We had a 2 year old baby and nowhere to stay.. the receptionist phoned who I presume was his boss, they offered us a near by run down hotel for the same price.. when I said no he then hung up on me. Again I never leave bad reviews but this definitely warrants it.. avoid this hotel at all cost’s.. absolute no heart and happy to see me ans my partner walk away down a dark street with a 2 year old baby and no accommodation. Disgusting.

Avoid this hotel. Not able to book if from overseas. Tried multiple times to book on *********** but hotel insist that you can't pay with international debit card. How on earth does an overseas citizen pay for their stay then? Every time you message the hotel via ***********, they never answer your query but simply cancel the booking without any reason. When you email direct, emails are simply ignored. Unprofessional amd risky to book here. Do not stay here as they do not cater to international tourists. Only local indians stay here. I dont know why they are on international websites as they will not take international payments. Avoid!!!!!!!!
