Nice hotel but the room I was in made my stay not so good. Even though I was in and out in meetings the last thing you want is to come to a smelly room the smell was so bad that I actually had to use spray to tolerate it. It was dirty it just had a trouble odor. Service was good, everyone was friendly. Do something about that room.

We booked two rooms. One of the rooms had as we counted 3 bugs crawling in it. We found one crawling on the table top. I was told the hotel couldn’t refund our money because we booked the hotel through Travelocity

Great property, friendly staff. Room needs some TLC. Bathroom door had terrible patched paint. The handle on the door would automatically put the deadbolt out when you opened it. Had to go to the front desk to see how to pull it back in because the actual lock was broken so you could not use it to actually lock the door. Breakfast was tasty. The pancake machine was not working on Sunday. Worked on Saturday. Was told it was burning pancakes... not sure I believe that. Muffins were never refilled. Overall I'd rate our stay a 7/10.

We were expecting a working jucuzzi in our suite it is the only reason we picked this hotel.

Good for one night. The beds are very hard. I have never slept at a Holiday Inn where beds were so hard the floor would have slept better. The breakfast was great. It is very clean with wonderful staff.

The rooms were run down, wasn’t aware of not pet friendly had to pay $250.00 for one night for tiny 13 yr old pet!! Will never stay at a Holiday Inn and definitely tell my friends. We are retired and afford that!! That was very disturbing!!

I don't have a lot to add here because it's not the staffs fault if the hotel needs renovations.

After going to wrong Holiday Inn I found correct one to be a lot less desirable...Elijah the check in person was wonderful He gave me directions , help and was a great ambassador of the hotel...

The staff were very professional and warm—from the staff who checked us in to the smiling face of the young man in the morning. Thank you for a great stay. Your rooms were very clean and we felt welcome—even though we came in so late at night. The Christmas tree in the lobby was so professionally put up. It was very inviting all around.
