Excellent stay….

Staff needs to pop their head into the pool area once every half hour or so. There was a bunch of young teen girls climbing up the waterslide from the pool. The fact that nobody got hurt is amazing but them doing that prevented any kids, including my nine year old from using the waterslide and they did it for well over an hour and a half. Their parents were all visiting in tbe lobby while this was taking place. Otherwise was a great stay. Breakfast was very good and we would stay again!

All in all it was a good stay. It was really cold outside and never had a problem with heat or power or anything inside. Having the breakfast buffet included is a nice little bonus, and I suppose the only thing I would suggest the hot food gets filled a little bit quicker but other than that great place, I look forward to staying again in the future.

Check in was simple and smooth. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. They could perhaps have something else on the TV other than the constant spew of MSM. How about happy and positive breakfast vibes? Could be a new marketing feature... "We won't depress you here!"

To start there was a ringette team that had full and free run of the hotel yelling and screaming and nothingbwas done about it. Next, when we entered our room there was clumps of animal hair on the carpet and a dirty pair of childrens pants and underwear on the floor beside a chair against the wall. Pool is much smaller than pictures portray and hot tub is hot but jets dont work. Would never stay there again that is for sure.

Staff at reception were incredible nice, helpful and polite.. Nice breakfast, lots of options, one of the best I have had in a hotel :) Convenient location for my visit Thanks!

I was able to check in 12 hours early as I booked at 2am and needed to sleep somewhere out of the cold. I arrived at 3am and left in the afternoon. Comfy beds and shower had great pressure

Well kept and the staff is amazing!!! The one thing that was RIGHT ON TIME…. The buffet for breakfast is 7-9 and BELIEVE me, it ended at 8:59:59. So get there early to eat :)

It was a complete pleasure staying at this hotel. I would definitely choose this one again for my travel needs. There could be slight variations in the breakfast every day, but everything else was really good.
