You get what you pay for. Good location and cheap but mattresses were hard, remote didn’t have batteries, no iron or blow dryer. Also office was closed so had to wait outside at the window to check out.

My child has heart and lung defects, so I always request non-smoking rooms. The first room they assigned to us had definately been smoked in. The second room smelled like something had died in it. The third room had about 10 dead bugs on the floor. The room was clean and did not smell, but obviously had not been swept. I usually book with Motel 6, as you can look on our past visits, but this is the first time i was unsatisfied.

Office attendant rude, rom was very dirty,had cigarette holes in linens crack heads all around our room. It was very unsafe and dirty. Not at all what was pictured.

The first older lady i met at the office when checking in was a little rude about me interupting her smoke break, but the man that took my keycard during checkout was nice. The room had a broken toilet handle, damage on the walls, a broken latch on the door, and the bed was a little more than stiff, but it was quiet and didnt smell bad or anything. My room was only 51 dollars for the night as well which is really cheap for the area so honestly nothing i couldnt overlook. Over I'd say it was a descent enough experience for the money.

Great little motel. I stay here 3 to 4 times a year. It's very affordable and even though it could use a revamp the rooms are always clean

Hair and insects in every corner of the room. I didn't stay and booked a room at the comfort in next door. Please refund the stay. I showed the pictures of hair and insects to the staff they said to call them at the motel 6 in west Monroe

had no heat should have told us but they didn't. vanity dirty with tooth paste. car damage by an employee.

Had to literally scrub the shower and tub because it had Black film all over everything, blankets and sheets had old cigarette burns in them, the noise from the people outside kept us up most of the night.
