It was ok, front desk got mad because I asked for help. Overnight staff is okay as well, took 3 hours for something that could have took 2 minutes . They had nothing to eat really for breakfast, roaches in the room, bed feels like cardboard. I wouldn’t recommend. Prices so high and the place is ran down. Lobby area hot everywhere is hot in the hotel

El hotel está en un excelente lugar accesible a las tiendas,restaurantes etc…estuvimos 2 dias y nuestra estadía fue muy bien el precio me pareció bueno.sólo necesita remodelar y listo.

Upon arrival we noticed room windows open on a hot rainy day. That made us curious about the air conditioning. The lobby and common areas in general were very dirty. When we got to our room we found that housekeeping hadn’t even touched it. The bed was unmade, trash all over, lights burned out, etc. We went to the front desk to let them know. They tried to switch us from a King room to two double beds. I asked that they cancel the reservation and refund my money. They did so and we stayed elsewhere.

It was disgusting. Smelled like **** in the hallways. The clientel was on the rough side. The bed frame was in pieces as you walked in the door. No ac. The carpets were unvaccumed and dirty. The fridge was leaking and not working. Needless to say I didnt stay. I dont even know why any site would list this hotel it is seriously disgusting.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever walked in to. Wasn’t expecting much for the price we paid but it felt like we walked into a trap house with the smell, people everywhere at 3am and all the loud music and yelling. Bed had stains and the bathroom had hair all over it.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Took forever to check in. Then the clerk couldn’t get paid for one room through *******. So I had to pay AGAIN for two nights. Additionally, I reserved 3 rooms with king sized beds and was given rooms with two queens. Upon entering rooms they smelled like cigarettes and I asked for non smoking rooms. The floors had dirt and debris. One of the mornings we got up to find out bed leaning to one side. When I lifted the mattress there was only a piece of wood that was holding up the bed which fell during the night. No housekeeper showed to any of my three rooms during our stay. When I tried calling the front desk there was never an answer. When our nigh**are was over I went to check out and there was no one at the front desk to give me my receipts. I waited and waited and even yelled at the top of my lungs “HELLO”!!! Finally someone from the back showed up and said they were going to call the clerk. 10 minutes later he showed up and said “sorry, I went to get some lunch”. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! My family and I had no choice but to stay there because there was no other availability. We traveled from Texas to a wedding and regret the entire stay.

No towels or pillows cases on bed and microwave didn't work
