帝國樂園獨棟房屋公寓酒店(Bungalows Imperial Park Unitursa)

Nos lo pasamos muy bien. La comida carece de calidad, no hubo nada que destacar. Puedes pedir en barra durante un horario el cual nos pasamos 2 minutos y no nos quisieron servir ya nada a pesar de tenerlo delante es lo unico que nos disgustó.

No era la primera vez que íbamos a Calpe, pero queríamos evitar la masificación de la primera línea de playa, optamos por esta opción. La verdad es que encontramos la tranquilidad que necesitábamos para desconectar y disfrutamos del sol y las piscinas (que estuvieran abiertas aún, nos gusto mucho). Además pudimos bajar a la playa y al centro del pueblo un par de veces, en septiembre no se paga zona naranja y aparcar fue fácil. Los bungalows imperial no son de lujo pero están bastante bien porque tienen terraza con buenas vistas, la cama era cómoda y la cocina era suficiente para cocinar lo básico y así no tener que depender siempre de ir a restaurantes o hacer pedidos. Lo mejor las piscinas sin duda!

Piscines ok. Mais après, mensonges... Logement sans accessoires (percolateur...), portes meubles de cuisine bancales, pas se lave- vaisselle, pas de lave- linge, pourtant renseignés... porte-fenêtre ne ferme plus (bonjour la sécurité). Tout est vieux, usagés. Boxes garages trop étroits. Plus de restaurants et d'animations sur place. Bref, l'endroit n'est plus l'ombre de ce qu'il aurait pu être il y a 20 ans.

Een boeking gemaakt via ***********, die blijkbaar niet is binnengekomen bij de accommodatie. Aangekomen bij de accommodatie boven op de berg wist de receptie niks van onze boeking. Na telefonisch contact bleek dat de sleutel beneden in Calpe opgehaald moest worden. Aldaar was ook geen boeking bekend. Uiteindelijk konden we het appartement wel betrekken, moest nog wel even snel schoongemaakt worden (in 20 minuten) en de bedden opgedekt. Kussens waren niet aanwezig, Laken was gescheurd en gaten erin. Badkamer kon je je niet keren. Slaapbank zonder kussen en aan het mechanisme kon je je bezeren door uitstekende ijzer. Verder was de totale accommodatie verouderd, geen restaurant. Gelukkig waren we hier maar 2 nachten…

Estive cá no ano passado e só elogiei o empreendimento, volte este ano e não há nada para dizer bem. Os funcionários antipaticos e a da piscina , chamada Magali, muito mal educada. Sem serviço de limpeza, mudança de toalhas só a pedido, sem lençóis e almofadas para todos, só voltando à recepção. Torneira da banca avariada, portada do terraço avariada, limpeza inicial sofrível. Uma decepção completa. A não voltar.

Bonjour, Nous venons dans cette résidence depuis 30 ans et à notre arrivée, surprise, nous n’avons pas pu profiter des prestations habituelles (animations, restaurant, spa, massages, salle de sport) comme les autres années….sans explication.

No hay nada ni toboganes ni restaurante todo muy descuidado y sucio demasiado aburrido para venir con niños hasta los mayores nos aburrimos no merece la pena venir no repetiremos mas lo unico que vale la pena es el trato del camarero de la cafeteria

This was INCREDIBLE!!! We arrived at these incredible apartments and were not expecting anything THIS special. We walked into the cool reception out of the Spanish sun and spotted some beautiful Spanish lakes outside the window with large rocks until we realised, hang on these are the pools! The fast check-in and excellent staff meant that we could go right into the pools. The pools were absolutely luxurious. I felt like I was in a tropical paradise. I dived under the crystal clear water and didn't want to leave but if I didn't leave I would drown, but then that's not even possible since there are excellent lifeguards always watching. When we thought the pools couldn't get any better we noticed there was another pool we jumped into this one and it was heated to perfection. Each day when we didn't know what we should do we went and spoke to the amazing receptionists. And with 24/7 receptionists we arrived back past midnight and were still greeted by staff (especially Gabriel). We were sad on the day we had to leave but we gave an excellent goodbye as Gabriel waved to us whilst we drove down the driveway! How can a holiday get any better than this!!!???

Not as advertised. Please be aware that if you arrive after sept 18, check in is NOT 24 hours. We got here at 1.30am then had to get a taxi to another hotel to check in then taxi back. None of this was communicated to us prior to arrival. The rooms are fine, pools are really nice. But bear in mind when booking that the complex is an hours walk to the nearest shop. I say this because out of season there is nothing at all open in the complex, no restaurant, bar, shop, not even a vending machine.
