拉孔查索爾精品酒店(La Concha Soul Boutique Hotel)

This hotel is in a very good location but we didn't enjoy our stay. The whole place needs a good clean and a refurb. The two staff we dealt with were very nice but we certainly didn't get the welcome others speak of. The in room safe didn't work but I think that's deliberate as they want you to pay for safety deposit box. The buffet breakfast isn't covered and attracts flies so we didn't eat the meat, cheese or fruit. We found the hotel to be quiet but it wasn't full as it was early season, I'd imagine when the music is on it would be quite loud, but if that's why you go it will suit you. Due to the poor hygiene standards we didn't try the restaurant. We were in room 12 which is meant to have been fully refurbished but we saw very little evidence of that. The bathroom was really disappointing, nowhere to even put your toothbrush, and the shower tray needs a mat as is very slippy. We had ants in the bathroom and a couple of cockroaches in the room. The handle to the patio door was missing and there were some nasty looking stains on the bed cover. Definitely won't be returning.

Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen! Die Lage des Hotels war für uns optimal. Es liegt ruhig und dennoch zentral. Bis zum Boulevard (Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte, etc.) sowie bis zum Strand ist es nicht weit, vielleicht 5-8 Minuten. Unser Zimmer war relativ klein und war im Erdgeschoss. Vollkommen ausreichend für unsere Zwecke. Es war sauber, ruhig und hatte eine kleine Terrasse. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel und würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. 👍☺️

Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel, les chambres sont salles (poussières, tâches sur les murs ainsi que trou dans le plafond, le sol était plein de de sable, une lampe sans ampoule, un placard avec un trou, la douche ne contient de pomau de douche mais elle contient un rideau blanc jaunâtre, toile d'araignée, un lit défectueux (effet bateau) ainsi qu'un pied cassé sur le lit, prise au plafond, ), le personnel n'est pas très à l'écoute de la clientèle, les équipements décrit dans la chambre réservée ne s'y trouve pas. Un soir, en rentrant de la plage, nous voulions prendre une douche au alentour de 21h sauf qu'il est impossible d'en prendre si nous n'avons pas d'eau. Il a fallut aller voir plusieurs fois la réception pour qu'il nous trouve une solution. D'après eux cela était normal puisqu'ils ont eux même coupé l'eau pour remplir la piscine... Ce qui est inadmissible c'est d'avoir un personnel en face de nous entrain de rigoler de la situation. Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est le petit déjeuner ainsi que la qualité de leur nourriture. Attention pour trouver une place de parking c'est très compliqué

muy buena experiencia en el hotel, los camareros son majisimos, muy buena atención al cliente, muy agusto. El chef Fabio para mi uno de los mejores chef, presentacion, sabor y atención al cliente. Volveríamos a repetir sin lugar a dudas. Muy contentos con la estancia, las habitaciones están bien, todos los días las limpian, en la piscina hay muy buen ambiente y son todos muy amables. Sin duda alguna muy buena experiencia. 😀😀😀

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ich war schon zwei mal da. Zentrum- und gleichzeitig Strandnahe. Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer, vielfältiges Frühstück, nettes englischsprachiges Personal und einmal in der Woche gibt es an der gut sortierten Bar Livemusik.

Stayed for a week in June but wouldn’t return. The twin/double hotel room was smaller than they appear on the photos, the finish everywhere could just do with a bit of TLC and a deep clean. Had a cockroach in the room while there and the staff were great and moved us rooms, we then had a family room which is more the size I’d expect for 2. On a positive note the pool area was great, lots of loungers and plenty of shade if you want it, the staff were helpful & friendly and Paguera is a lovely place to stay.

Thank you for this amazing week staying in your lovely hotel! All of you did a great job! It is such a personal atmosphere and you all give the hotel guests such a good feeling. For me it was like staying with friends and i appreciate and really loved to listening to music in the guest-room in the evening :) - after a delicious meal. Big compliment for the kitchen. Also special thanks for the Live-music on last sunday and on friday. I really feel sun in my heart after being your guest the last 7 days! Birge (Wikinger)

Just finished 7 nights and I had the most amazing time. It is fair to say that the building is a bit weathered and not to everyone's idea of picturesque but I put this down to recent storms. Ultimately, it is the people who have made my stay so enjoyable. (both the incredibly nice staff and other attending guests.) - I really felt welcome and at home during my visit. The aura of the place is exactly what I hoped for. Zero rowdiness or noisy crowds which ticks all of my boxes. .... Loved it.

Just come back from a 3 night stay here and it was fantastic. Like home from home, from the first minute we were treated amazing. Pool is lovely, rooms are nice and staff are first class. Breakfast is lovely. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you
