Great location, just beside Robinsons mall and Summit Hotel. The place is neat and clean. Best bang for the buck if you wanna stay in Naga City.

We booked another day because we liked our stay. I asked them to let us use the pool so that our toddler can enjoy the pool. They told us that we need to consume worth 500 in the summit cafe but told them I will avail their merienda cena on the same day. The staff allowed us to use the pool. Today, we arrived at the merienda cena thinking it everything will be available, but it was so horrible that nothing was completely set there. I booked for 7 people for the buffet but all we got are pasta, diy pizza, champorado, salad and puto. I mean there should be more right? I am really disappointed with hpw things turned out with my fam’s merienda. I was talking so highly about this to them but it was just pure nightmare! The service was even too slow. Our pizzas need to be put in the oven and we have to wait 20-30mins for every pizza. Omg! The worst! Spending 3k for my fam’s meal is not worth my money.

Hotel staffs not attentive to the guest, front office not accessible. House keeping don’t change beddings and lack of room amenities. For location and cleanliness just want to be fair, the hotel is connected to the mall and the room is clean on the first day, however since they did not changed the beddings and towels and didn’t pick up the trash, even charged us for stains in the sheets which is already there when we checked in. Sorry but it’s the worst hotel and worst three days I’ve ever experienced as a traveler. It’s

Though I created this booking as a mistake, and did not witness how good this hotel, but I will leave a good feedback since hotel is very much responsive in terms of my query. They assisted me well despite of the sudden mistakes I made. It's not my intention to booked a wrong dates but since it's depends on hotel's policy. I do understand. And we are looking forward for my hubby, we can stay in the future to this hotel.. I will leave a good review since all the feedback from the previous guest(s) were all good.

The location is great . Accessible to supermarket and nearby restaurant and public transportation.The staff are nice ..The room is clean and comfy..

Budget friendly hotel. Removed unwanted services/amenities that is good for people who just want to have a room to stay and save.

Basic hotel with bed and TV, only cold water shower no coffee station, good for a night stop over One pro it's next to Robinson mall so plenty food courts and retail
