維維安阿姆斯酒店(The Vyvyan Arms Hotel)

The rooms are above a pub but I must say it wasn’t noisy. The carpets, fireplace, ledges and edges all dirty with dust and grime. Many grimy corners as well. Smells funny as well. The day I arrived I was so embarrassed I started looking for another hotel but none was available at that short notice . The breakfast was also the worst. Don’t let me get started on that. One star hotel. I wish I can get my money back Place needs renovations and modernisation. Shared toilet but it was clean. The overall smell of the place is just not good Needs airing out. And please don’t try any adult stuff on the squeaky beds. Tip, lay the pillows on the floor

Property was very smelly. Room felt damp Most uncomfortable night I have ever had mattress was so old you could feel all the springs.We are used to camping but this was dreadful.Doors were being slambed until at least 230am. Had to park on side of main road as no space in car park. No choice for breakfast. Wouldnt use it again

I liked the bathroom and convenience, they were very clean. I did not like the smell in the room and also the bed sheets needs to be changed as soon as an occupant checks out.

Friendly staff, comfortable accommodation, good breakfast, all we needed. Even if the parrot did swear at us!

Had an amazing stop over the land lord and lady were excellent hosts so from two old soldiers thank you

Great atmosphere, warm welcome, well looked after. Look forward to staying again

The room was very basic. No seating and a lack of power points. With a double poster bed and two singles but only two bedside lights. Overall the hotel would benefit being updated.

This is an old pub so that's what is reflected. Staff are very friendly and helpful, good breakfast.
