What a literal dump. Don’t let the newly paved parking lot fool you. The housekeepers in this dump are terrible. The only “cleaning” was a towel change & garbage emptied. I had to request for them to sweep. When I made reservations at this place I was told the only room available was a double. I said fine. A few hours later Missy or Misty called me back and says a King room has become available & I can check in anytime. Upon check in I was told no king rooms were available. The guy (I think his name was Kyle) starts complaining about the lack of communication with another employee. Very unprofessional. After given the key to the room, I went through the room. It was disgusting. See Pictures. I went to the front desk several times during my stay to let them know the housekeepers need to do better. I asked to speak to the manager & was told “she might be in tomorrow morning.” Then someone from behind the wall loudly says “give her a form for a refund.” No other options, just a refund. The refund process is fill out a form, it gets sent to the owners I presume, and if approved a check will be sent in the mail. That didn’t help my situation so I stayed. Had the refund process been easier, as I paid with cash, I would’ve been outta there. The one positive here is no bugs in the room.
